    Plugs too close together
    This product works just as intended. Easy to use and set the timer. However, I was not able to plug my 2 decorations in at the same time. The smaller plugs like Christmas lights would probably be fine for this, but for what I need, I will have to find another solution.

    Perfect for outdoor Christmas lights
    Easy to set up and works great for outdoor lights. The lights on one side of my house can be reached by an outdoor socket, so I have a light detecting timer on those set to go off when the sun goes down and stay on for 8 hours. On the other side, I have to run an extension cord from inside my garage, which is where I use the BN-LINK 7 timer (light detection doesn’t work on indoor outlets) and set it to go on around the published sunset time and stay on for about 8 hours, which synchs up pretty well with the other side of the house.

    The timer runs counterclockwise
    Very easy to use, just pay attention to the timer which runs counterclockwise. Is easier to test it at the time you want it to be turned on each each day so you can easily see if it is working at the time you want it on (accuracy). Once you select the time, press each little handle (equals 15 minutes each) for the time you want it to be on. Is perfect to have outside since it has a box that protects the timer. It looks and feels sturdy, you can leave it hanging from the plug since is not too heavy. Good price!

    Great Timer, easy to program, dont worry about power loss
    Alot of reviews on here bashing this timer for not being easy to program or not having an auto mode. Read the instructions PPL!This timer was extremely easy to program, just click the program button and use the hour, min to set time, and week button to set the day.Hold clock and do the same.Press and hold the Manual button to switch from manual mode to auto mode and back, press to change on and off.Timer also has a memory that last super long without power, so no need to worry if the power goes out, it will hold your programing.

    Easy set up and battery back up
    I’ve now burned through at least 4 outdoor timers. They seem to make it through about a year. I will have to see what the life on this one is. I use these to connect to my low voltage transformer that powers my yard lights. I always like having ones that have two outlets, not just one. It is also frustrating to try to set them up indoors, unplug them, have them lose your set up, and have to set them up again once plugged outside. With this one, you have a battery back up so you can set it up indoors. Unlike the last one I owned, this one will quickly allow you to set all 7 days for the same time without having to set each day individually. I also like that I can hit a button, switch to manual, and test my lights to see if they are working or not. What seems to do these digital outdoor ones in is weather. Once they get too wet, they tend to fail. So we will see how this one fairs. It does have a cover, which hopefully will help.
