    Great product and good quality!
    I am very pleased to tell that I was concern about this wireless camera system, but I can tell there are GREAT!!! Easy installation and all the system got connected at once! Even when I installed 2 of them (Pro 4) on the side yards out of the regular Wi-Fi range, they are working good. The spotlight in front of my driveway is simply gorgeous and work fine!!! Thanks Arlo for making great products!

    Useless now with Arlos update
    Purchased this about 11 months ago, and it worked just OK. The app never impressed me but it functioned. Now, the camera will not record any video without a monthly subscription, and one of the best features about this camera was it had “activity zones” you can set to trigger the camera to record so it wouldn’t activate if a mail truck went by or the neighbors cat etc. With the recent update, the camera has to be plugged into ac power for this feature to work? If I’m hardwiring power, I’m going to hardware a real security system. Not this consumer level junk camera that has the resolution of a 2000’s flip phone camera at night. Steer clear of anything Arlo. Their whole ecosystem is trash now.

    Great camera with X-large battery
    I like the larger battery and 3000 lumens from the floodlight. It does a great job at full color night vision, especially with the 2K UHD. And for $150 it is well worth the money. This was on a 40% off sale. I got the refurbished one for $120. Everything was good except for some very minor scratches on the black glossy area around the camera. It didn’t appear to affect anything as the scratches were on the curved surface where there are no sensors or microphone/ speaker holes.

    Couldn’t get it to sync to out wifi
    We returned it. I believe it’s a good product if it had worked. Their help desk tech was very helpful and with his assistance I tried 3 different Wi-Fi sources. None worked so I returned it. This shouldn’t be so difficult, Wi-Fi is not new technology.

    Seemed so good, but not for long-term
    I though there was so much to love about this floodlight cam. It had everything I needed: motion/sound detection and alerts, great imaging, siren….but the two-way audio is virtually non-existent. I can hear a leaf drop on the patio through the cam, but when I try to talk to someone, it’s a whisper. I haven’t tried the siren, so I hope it’s louder. Otherwise, great flood cam.Also, not rain-proof. I’ve had it up for just over a year and recently, we had heavy rains. Camera went offline and when opened, was completely soaked inside. Dried it out, removed and reinstalled over a couple of days, but it’s dead.Tech isn’t really much of a help. For the volume issue, they had me turn volume up to 100% (not much change) and said, well, that’s the maximum…For the water getting in issue, useless.Also, subscription seems to be the priciest out there.UPDATE: My issue of the water leaking in was escalated to a higher level and while it took some time, they’ve been very responsive and are replacing the unit, for which I am very grateful. I’ve updated my rating.
