These cameras are amazing, because they’re solar don’t have to worry about charging them. Also, they’re great at night, flood light system works great. Easy to set up, great video quality and sound. Stayed connected to home base. Costumer service is great as well.

Good security camera system.
I purchased this security camera system two months ago. It’s very good system for very reasonable price. I was suspicious about solar panel and capability to charge the camera but so far so good. Just few hours of sun daily is enough to keep battery fully changed. Easy to install and very user friendly system to set up and get going. Night vision is good, it can run turn light on and off when motion is detected but I turn this mode off and camera is using infrared. Overall performance is great. I am glad I have purchased this security camera system.

Good, but…
The good: picture quality is excellent. Love that we can choose the field of view, and the ability to follow an individual from one camera to the next as they pass by. Also love that the camera lights up at night alerting intruders (or anyone for that matter) that they are being recorded, No subscription or cloud access is required.The bad: cameras can be easily stolen if within reach (which they must be somewhat, to charge via the provided cable). The solar charging capability is the main reason we purchased these cameras, however, only 2 of the 4 cameras will hold a charge for any length of time regardless of direct sunlight on the solar panels.Should all 4 cameras maintain a charge, this is a 5 star system. However, since only half perform as they should, I find this setup to be a bit pricey for what it is. I’m fairly certain I will have to purchase a different system in the very near future, as it is just too much of a hassle to keep removing the 2 cameras to charge them every week and a half.

It was well laid out, making it easy for me to navigate through its features for home use. I was particularly impressed with the app’s in-built tech support feature, which allows for direct chat conversations—a convenient way to track discussions and solutions without the hassle of emails or tickets. The response time from support was remarkably quick, typically within 15 to 30 minutes, indicating a well-managed customer service system.**Camera Performance and Setup:**The PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras required more effort for setup compared to the doorbell camera, particularly when syncing with the QR code. However, once installed, adjusting the settings and getting accustomed to the system’s functionality was straightforward. The motion detection feature, although not perfect at long distances, is something I believe can be improved with support’s assistance.**Feedback for Improvement:**The provided screws, while the correct size, could benefit from an upgrade in quality. Opting for stainless steel screws would enhance the durability and ease of installation, especially for homes with harder sidings like mine.**Overall Experience:**My overall experience with this camera system has been positive, with its ease of installation, comprehensive app functionality, and responsive customer support standing out.
