Awesome camera and even better customer service
I bought this camera nearly a couple of years back, since it works with both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, doesn’t need a subscription, and best of all, is not too expensive. The device was very easy to setup, and it has been extremely useful for us to monitor certain areas of the house. The picture quality is top-notch, the night vision is excellent, and if you have a micro-SD card, you can also store a recording of all events. You can do all this without needing a separate subscription for the cloud (though that option is also available, the app never pushes you towards it). You can monitor all of it through the app, even if you’re outside the house.All the above is about the camera, now moving on to their customer service. After nearly two years, I started having minor issues with the camera, with the video stream not working properly occasionally. I contacted support, they immediately replied and gave me few different instructions to try out. When I tried all that and it still didn’t work, they sent me a replacement for free just like that, and it was quickly delivered as well. Julie from support, thanks a lot for that. :)So, if you’re looking for a top-quality camera that’s not too expensive, I’m not sure if you’ll be able to find a better one.

Great cameras and great customer service
I love these cameras! They are affordable, easy to set up, and have good sound quality and picture! I also love that you can choose to turn the infrared lights off because they freaked out my toddler.The company has great customer service, they understood my issue and went above and beyond to fix it! I definitely recommend these!

Amazing product
I haven’t found a reason to dislike this product.The app and directions are easy enough that I was able to install this myself. The mounting options also seem pretty easy. But at this time the placement is on the mantel of the fireplace, showing the entire room. I did change the setting to detect human movements because we do have 2 puppies. And I chose not to have it pan to follow movement because the placement shows the entire room.I purchased one camera for the fact my mother in law has dementia, I am her care giver. Due to my husband having a sudden stroke I purchased a second one for my kitchen. With me having family popping in and out helping with her I was able to make sure meds were given at correct time frames, see when she was eating and more.Second camera placement shows most of the kitchen and dining area. I have it set to pan with movement. This way it follows the persons movement through the kitchen. I can go back and view past movements simply. And with my mother in law I’m picking up on a couple new dementia habits I wasn’t aware of.The pictures are clear, I can hear my mother in law talking to herself, along with dishes clinking. Night time view is also very clear! The quality is pretty amazing. I can move the camera from another room from my phone with no noise of the movement.Honestly I don’t think my mother in law is even aware of the camera in the kitchen following her movements. My husband noticed it and even stated there is no noise when it moves in panning mode or passing mode.I recommend this to any caregiver, pet owner or even new parents!

Great Camera and Fantastic Customer Support
I recently purchased 2 of the AOSU 2K Security Camera Indoor, Baby Monitor Pet Camera 360-Degree for Home Security, Cameras with 5/2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Router, One-Touch Call, Smart Motion Tracking, IR Night Vision,They perform very well and once set up they follow the movement of anyone walking within view of them with 360° horizontal rotation and a 155° vertical tilt up and down,Lynette of their customer service team was very helpful in helping me set them up and answering all of my questions quickly by email.I added these to monitor inside my home and also to keep track of our dog when we are out.I previously purchased their four pack of outdoor wireless solar powered security cameras and based on them working flawlessly I decided to buy their indoor version, The only differences between the two is that the outdoor cameras are wireless and solar powered and come with a 32gb home base storage unit to store all recorded videos, the indoor ones are not solar powered and need to be plugged into an outlet and store videos on micro SD cards, I installed a 64gb card into both indoor cameras. Also, now I can monitor all 6 cameras on their app from my mobile phone and also inside on my Alexa Show, very convenient!I am Very satisfied with the quality and performance of both sets of security cameras, if you’re trying to decide between these security cameras and other brands, you can be very confident in choosing the Aosu brand.
