    Perfect for Apartments
    This mount is perfect especially for people who live in townhomes, apartments or just renting and cannot drill into the walls or door, I mounted it on the inner hinge of my door instead of the outter side and it works great does not obstruct my door opening or anything, it was extremely easy to put together, it’s very universal for many doorbell cameras, I have the Ring Doorbell 4 fits great, very very sturdy, the bracket is metal and the parts that hold the camera in are a very thick great quality plastic with added padding to hold your camera in safety, nobody can steal or take your camera while in this mount, you have to physically go inside the home and unscrew the mount from behind so it’s impossible for someone to steal it from outside, I am going to get a second one of these mounts for my back door because I love it so much I highly recommend this mount

    Great doorbell camera great view
    Very clear view and relatively easy to set up. I like that I was able to customize the type of alerts I would get and whether I wanted the event analyzed or just get a ping every time something hit the sensor. also has a pretty good battery life… has been on the door for a month and at 63%.I did have an issue when I noticed no events. I had walked in from work so I knew I got picked up by the sensor but when I opened the app there was nothing there…I contacted support through the app and they were able to help me fix it. they responded quickly and were able to resolve the issue.

    Can be a tight fit for different doorbell cameras
    So I live on a property where I can’t drill holes in the home. I initially bought the cute panda doorbell camera, before returning it a week prior. That camera at the time, fit within the doorbell mount. As far as it securely sitting in, there was some sliding back and forth, and I had to make sure I held it down. I think that the mount is pretty firm, and it is highly adjustable, the instructions are easy to follow, and I believe that your doorbell camera is moderately secure. However, I ultimately had to take the cute panda doorbell and return it due to some issues. I purchased a new doorbell camera, a roku, this one took even more work to fit in and I had to remove some of the foam on the bottom to make sure that the new camera fit within. Even though it was a tight fit, I like the fact that I did not have to drill any holes in the property I live at. Lesson learned, check the size of your doorbell camera before getting this.

    This is not good for home doors that have also a screen door. The screen door blocks the cameras view because there’s no way to Extend the anti left holder. Not satisfied with this at all!

    Safe and secure
    I really like this product to ensure my blink doorbell camera does not get stolen. I believe this is essential when you live in an apartment complex as you have way more foot traffic passing your door than you would an actual house. I initially purchased the blink camera due to packages being stolen from my front door, and then I read that blink cameras that are commonly stolen as well. The bracket they provide you with the camera to hold it is not very safe and secure and you can easily pop the camera out. It fits perfectly on my front door, and was very easy to assemble! The price alone sold me on getting it! Highly recommend it! Also if you are renting, it keeps from drilling holes into the house which is a huge plus!

    Perfect for narrow entries
    My front door has an entry that is slightly wider than the door itself. This left no room for the Ring Doorbell unless I wanted to mount it on the side at a 90° angle to the door – not very practical. This door mount is a great alternative. I had to use every foam insert provided to keep it stationary and flush with the mount, but the camera fit perfectly fine with the foam inserts.For the next part, it’s important to note I am using a Ring Video Doorbell 2. I don’t know if the issue I ran into would be similar with any other models.The only drawback I ran into was that the mount opening was only wide enough for the camera itself. It blocked the IR lights that allowed the camera’s night vision to function (they are on the sides of the camera). The quick fix to this is to mount the camera off-center inside the mount. I took one layer of foam from the right and added it to the left. It has no effect on the camera, but it does allow for the night-vision to work now. Of course, better lighting would eliminate the need for the night vision altogether, but that’s my problem to deal with.The mount comes with plastic stoppers to prevent the screws from digging into your door. There is a little scraping at the door frame as the metal of the mount hits the inner frame, but nothing a little sandpaper can’t fix if/when needed. It’s almost not worth mentioning, but worth noting if your door is tight to the frame.For the money and the ease of installation, this is a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone with a narrow entry, an apartment or rental, or anyone that just doesn’t want to do the physical installation.

    I was given a Aosu doorbell camera by a friend only to discover the mounting bracket was broken! Turns out you can’t buy just the mounting bracket either. After searching for days on what might fit (as most of these are marketed towards blink and ring), I came across this. Now there is a comment that says it didn’t fit their Aosu camera but it does! Just remove one of the foam pieces (there’s two, one for the top and bottom). It’s secure in place and fits beautifully on the door. Super happy it worked and took a chance on it after looking at the measurements x5000 times.And if you’re looking to use this for a different camera, the top piece is adjustable to your specific camera.

    I was so pleased with the product when my son bought it. It worked beautifully for about 2 months and suddenly the battery is needing to be charged every 2 days. We have done everything suggested to decrease the draining of the battery, but to no avail. I am not sure if I will get other nest products as I also have the flood lights that keep disconnecting. Shame because doorbell it is a really impressive apparatus under normal circumstances. I will have to research whether it can be hard wired. It is highly annoying to have to be charging the doorbell every 2 days.

    Im using it for AOSU camera it’s a very good quality I recommend it to friends but the camera is a bit taller and it won’t fit this is the only issue otherwise it’s a good quality
