    They work as advertised.
    This lights are easy to wired and function as advertised.The light output is probably about 1200LM. Keep in mind the RGB is only the top sides and not the actual downward light.You need to pair the included bridge if you want to use the tuya app. From there you need to group them if you want all the lights to have the same scenes or color instead of doing one by one.It does work with google Home however you can only turn on/off and dim the lights. You can not control the RGB light portion of it through Google home so keep that in mind.The remote is very convenient for basic operations of the lights. I do wish it had 4 memory buttons instead of two especially since the a and b button are practically useless.Can’t comment on longevity since I just got them but I will be buying another set for the loft.Definitely sets the mood when watching movies. I have them on red when watching scary movies 😂

    Great Replacement
    We replaced our can lights with these. There are a few things to know. 1) they fit the originals but without the lip the originals had, they would have been slightly too small. 2) the Bluetooth works great. I have the lights split on 2 floors and it can cover both levels. We have only had them installed a few days but they work great. They are super bright and can be dimmed. The night light feature is excellent. (Ignore the water stain on ceiling. The ac pan started leaking the same time we installed these. No relation).

In addition to a powerful white light with a dynamic range of warmth and temperature, each light also has a full RGB ring backlight. The Tuya app supports tons of dynamic scenes for the backlight, including the ability to customize your own scenes. The kit also includes a handy remote control as well as a smart gateway. Installation is very easy. In my case, I replaced recessed lights that were about 7.5 inches. I used a set of goof rings to cover the hole completely since these lights are smaller at 6 inches. Grouping and pairing the lights was straightforward as well. You simply turn the switch on and off 4 times, and the lights flash and go into pairing mode. I already use the Tuya app for some smart plugs, so it was straightforward to add the gateway and all 12 lights.I did end up having an issue with one of the 12 lights. It simply would not connect to the Tuya app no matter what I did. I reached out to the seller and explained the situation. They sent me two replacement lights right away. Customer service was excellent.Now that I’ve had these lights installed for several weeks, I can confirm that I absolutely love these lights. However, there is a recurring problem I have with these lights that I haven’t been able to fix. Periodically throughout the day but most noticeably at night, one or more of these lights will turn on randomly. I’ve triple checked that I don’t have any routines or automations enabled. I tried resetting and re-pairing all the lights. The problem persists. Without exception, usually at night, one or more of the lights will turn on by itself. It’s quite disruptive and annoying, especially when it happens dozens of times in an hour. I should note that in addition to these 12 POWERASIA lights, I also have 17 other smart lights from different manufacturers installed on the same floor. It is only the POWERASIA lights that seem to have this problem of randomly turning on by itself. It’s annoying enough that I may try removing the gateway, or moving these lights to a different part of the home. Despite this nuisance, I really do like these lights. The ring backlight really makes these lights beautiful and very useful.

    Looks cool, terrible function
    When I saw these lights on here, I thought they looked amazing and wanted them for our new home. Well, we’ve had them maybe two months and already had two lights completely stop working. Not to mention the connectivity function is terrible. Pairing with Alexa is simple but it doesn’t allow you to change the color ring at all only the temperature of the white light. To change the coloring you have to use the remote control or the abysmal Tuya app. so no routines can be made using the colors. I will not be buying these again and I’m switching to Govee for all my future smart lighting needs. Still giving two stars because they really do look awesome, when they’re working that is.

    update!! It doesn’t work with alexa or google home
    These lights doesn’t work with alexa or google home. I tried resetting or deleting them multiple times but it didn’t work. I reached out to the customer service which responded back quickly and send me the replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement did the same thing. These lights can only be controlled by the tuya app. One last thing, after using it for couple of weeks one of the lights stopped working. I replaced it with the new one, now this light can only be controlled by the new remote. Now either i have to control by the app or i have to keep both remotes together. Which is very annoying
