They have a capacity of 6040 mAh, which makes them superior to the regular Ring batteries that came with the gadgets I purchased. Because of its increased capacity, my Ring devices will have longer runtimes between charges, which gives me peace of mind that they will continue to be powered and operational for a longer amount of time. The method of installation went off without a hitch, and the batteries were a perfect fit in each of my Ring devices. It came as a pleasant surprise to find out that not only are they compatible with the Video Doorbell 2, but also with the Video Doorbell 3/4, the Video Doorbell 3 Plus, the Stick Up Cam Battery (2nd & 3rd Gen), and the Spotlight Cam Battery. It is a huge benefit for me to own a flexible battery pack that is compatible with a number of different devices since it allows me to switch between them as required. In the time that I really used these batteries, I discovered that they performed remarkably well, even when subjected to severe climatic circumstances. The batteries have proven to be tough and have kept their effectiveness during the whole time I’ve used them, despite living in an area with temperatures that range from very hot in the summer to extremely cold in the winter. These batteries have reliably powered all of my Ring devices, regardless of the temperature, whether it is blazing hot or subzero. The protection against overcharging, over-discharging, and short-circuiting that is incorporated into these batteries is one of the distinguishing characteristics that set them apart from similar products. This safety feature extends the life of the batteries and guards both the batteries and the Ring devices from any possible harm that might be caused by an accident.

Depends which ring
So I have multiple ring products, bought these to have spares when the battery runs low on my devices.Ring doorbell- works well, no issues, comparable to oem battery on usageSpotlight ring- I get 2-3 days max before the battery dies. I don’t mind however as this gives me more than enough time to charge the original battery. No issues recognizing batteryStandup ring- (I have 3) when this replacement battery is in, no motion will be detected. In the app, doesn’t show any issues but you can walk, wave your hand anything in front of the cameras & no alert. Swap for oem & works again just fine.For the record I am not in high traffic areas but I do keep all devices at max sensitivity. I think they are fine for uses in between charges of original but just definitely check the camera alerts after putting these in to see if your camera will pick up the movement. My stand up cameras will not & battery life is horrible on the spotlight. I would use as a substitute not definitely wouldn’t recommend as a replacement.I also used these for 2 weeks before giving my review & swapped around all the batteries order to make sure wasn’t just bad ones before deciding to write my review

Works in Ring Cameras
I needed another set of batteries for Ring Stick-Up cameras outside my house. I like to keep a charged set to replace batteries and avoid long downtimes while the batteries are charging. However, the OEM batteries are too expensive. These generic batteries work well and became the second set I needed to keep the cameras functioning without downtime. The only reason for 4 stars on battery life and longevity is that when charged they appear on the Ring App to be a little less than fully charged. A minor inconvenience and they seem to be lasting about as long as the OEM batteries.
