The doorbell camera only support”CloudEdge” APP. after you download this app, you can complete the initial settings of the doorbell through app prompts.
What network mode is the video doorbell compatible with?
It only support 2.4Ghz WiFi, dual-band (2.4G and 5G) WiFi need to set a separate 2.4G channel.
If I can’t hear the visitor’s voice, what should I do?
You can enter the “Sound Settings” interface and increase the “Intercom Volume”.
What should I do if the alarm is too sensitive?
Enter the “Settings” interface in the upper right corner, “Alarm Management”, and reduce “Detection Sensitivity”
How to store doorbell video records?
This video doorbell support Cloud Storage and SD card Storage. If you don’t subscription cloud storage, we suggest you can buy one 128G SD to record your door views.
