    Ultra bright easy to install LED light strip
    These LED strip lights are incredibly bright—almost too bright for my under-cabinet application. Even at the 10% setting, they were still a bit brighter than I needed. I would have liked an option to adjust them down to 5%, but that’s more of a personal preference and not a fault of the product. I can definitely see how these being a much brighter option then your typical LED lights would be very beneficial in a lot of applications.Installation was a breeze. The 3M adhesive backing was very strong and held securely, even when bending the strips around corners, which I’ve struggled with in other light strips. The warm white light was beautiful, providing a pleasant and inviting color tone.The power supply and remote controller worked flawlessly. While these lights may have been brighter than I personally needed, I can’t fault the product for delivering exactly what it promises—super bright, durable, and easy-to-use LED lighting.

    Perfect Ambient Lighting for a Studio
    I recently used the HitLights LED Strip Lights Kit to add some ambient lighting to my dad’s studio, and it worked out perfectly! The warm white 3000K light gives off a soft, inviting glow, creating just the right atmosphere for his creative space.     Excellent light strip
    For my application, I much prefer the “glow” style of LED light strings – as this one has.The ones with the individual lights are unattractive (but are just fine for indirect uses like under a cabinet or a bookshelf).The string is bright.The color is excellent.It is plenty long so should suffice for lots of different use cases.It comes with little plastic mounting strips, and very tiny screws. They are super small and not easy to handle. A better mounting system would be a big improvement. For this, I deducted one star.

    Cozy and Bright LED Strip Lights – Perfect for Under-Shelf Lighting
    I got this HitLights LED Strip Light Kit to add lighting under the shelves of a vintage china cabinet, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The warm 3000K light creates a cozy atmosphere and beautifully highlights the glass pieces in the cabinet. The strips attach easily with the strong adhesive backing, and I appreciate that I can cut them to fit perfectly.The remote is a nice addition, making it easy to adjust the brightness and create the right mood. The warm light color is gentle on the eyes, adding a soft ambiance. I’m curious to see how well the adhesive holds up over time, especially with gravity pulling on the strips, but for now, they’re working great.Overall, this is a quality kit that’s easy to install and gives any space a nice, warm glow. Highly recommend for adding practical yet stylish lighting! I will definitely be getting some more for under the kitchen cabinets!

    Easy to work with
    With these LED strips it’s pretty easy to solder them if you want to. Some can be difficult because you are given bare copper to solder to but the contact points on these strips are already tinned, so you don’t have to heat the strip up as much to make a good solder joint.With a 5m strip you can wire it in parallel, series or series parallel. Whatever works best for you layout-wise and you won’t have any issues. Just going as simple as possible and wiring it is series will work and you won’t have any dimness or flickering if you add it to a circuit that isn’t already powering too many things.

    Pain so far
    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I tried some of my power sources I already have, but they don’t cut it and it won’t power on at all. Then I specifically ordered a 24v power supply from Amazon. See the video. I don’t know too much about how volts and amps and watts work, but it seems like this should work. All the lights do is flash once every second or so.Based on previous reviews, some of these apparently come with other pieces like power or a dimmer or at least a remote. I don’t need these to do anything fancy. Just make constant light to light my diorama.One star for now I guess?
