    Great technology at a reasonable price
    The switch is nicely made. The remote is even more amazing. It has a magnet to stick it to something metal, like a door or refrigerator. You can also create a switch which looks normal, but requires no wiring. Then you can pull the magnetized switch off to use somewhere else temporarily. You can even double stick it onto something non-metal. The amazing thing is that it’s self powered (no batteries required), On and off have a nice springy feel followed by a confirming click. This standard switch push motion is enough to power the remote forever. It works amazingly far away, probably around 1000 feet (300m).

    Works great. Easy install.
    Use for turning lights on for dogs at night. Closest switch is on a different floor and this solved that problem. Easy install but requires neutral wire (the white one in most boxes) which not all switch boxes have. Be sure to check box before you buy this. Good price and fast delivery from seller.

    Really good quality, easy to install, but not dimmable
    I’d give this 5 stars if it were dimmable. Probably my fault for not seeing if it does dim the lights, OR if there is a way of doing it that I could not figure out, please someone let me know. Be aware too that there is a simple but necessary step, that I feel was put out of order in the manual, to link the remote to the switch. I like how the remote switch can be stuck anywhere and then connects and disconnects from the plate by magnet. The seller makes it obvious in the listing, but you have to make sure your outlet has the white neutral wire. If you have a regular light switch the white wire won’t be connected, but it should still be in the box when you pull the wires out. If not white, neutral wire, then don’t get this, it won’t work. But most homes are wired with them even back to homes from the 60s.

    Great switch!
    This remote control light switch was exactly what I was looking for! I have a large garage and the light switch is inside the garage near the door into my home. However, I wanted to have another light switch on the other side of my garage close to where I get in and out of my vehicle. This remote control light switch was the perfect solution, no electrician needed! Changing the switch was very simple, especially because there was already a neutral white wire installed inside the electrical box which is probably the case with most homes. Anyway a very straightforward connection and installation and a very simple pairing method to pair the wireless remote with the main switch. The cool thing is the remote control switch looks like a normal light switch that can be mounted on the wall but it’s also magnetic and you can pop out the center part of the switch and have a regular wireless remote control on off switch that you can stick any place. Also apparently this remote control switch does not ever need a battery replacement. When you press the switch it makes a clicking sound that I believe is generating just enough power to operate the switch, anyway everything works perfectly and I love this. Also I was able to pair it to my Wi-Fi network using the app available in the Play store and now I can turn my garage lights on and off and set timers etc from my phone, so cool! This is the product to buy if you are trying to add an extra on off type light switch to any room.

    Works amazing
    We got a quote for 5k to install additional switches in the middle of our 5 exam rooms. This was an inexpensive alternative and they work great. We had a power surge and the company immediately replaced one of the switches that were affected by the surge.

    No warranty. Remote broke after 6 month
    Switch is very convenient because of the remote, where you can fix construction errors. Yet remote’s cover that activates the switch is made of a puny plastic that broke even when use was not heavy. It is a toy, its tiny plastic ears cannot withstand its own spring outward pressure. Company does not stand behind the product – no response to my email. Or they overwhelmed with requests coming from other customers.

    Just Fantastic!!!!!
    First. I am not compensated for this review. I am a retired electrician and I didn’t even know they made this sort of thing.I had a back light switch I used for the dogs that was OUT OF THE WAY. I purchased this and It is a pretty simple install. I wired in the switch and it gave me a remote switch that goes through walls and around 50 to 100 feet. I didn’t use the phone hook-up but did mount a closer switch to the door and the really wild thing is the remote switch doesn’t require a battery. I am getting ready to use another one. This is actually pretty amazing!!! I know it works with single pole (light switches that have 1 switch) I don’t think it works with 3 way switches. (2 or more switches for same light) SERIOUSLY helpful so you don’t have to go into the attic to re-wire a switch.

    Obtrusive Remote Switch
    Switch works well and was very easy to install. Since it is a smart switch, the line and load are important to have correct or the switch will not work.Pros:- Installed very quickly.- Easy to set up with the app- One of VERY few switch with remote options (if wanting to use as a 3way switch)Cons:- switch is very deep, even for a smart switch- remote sticks out from the wall, a lot. Significantly more than a standard switch- Remote has a very loud “click” when pressed, almost like pressing a safety on/off buttonEnded up returning as I did not like the remote switch.
