Works in Apple Home EASY PEASY
These literally took under a minute to set up. I screwed in and turned on the bulbs. There’s a QR code as soon as you open the box (unique to each bulb) that I scanned. It said “open in home” so I clicked yes, then added each light individually. You can select “detect” to have the specific bulb you installed blink so you can name it what you want (if you want to). I added them separately because sometimes it is fun to have each bulb be a different color, but I also grouped them so I can control say all the bar lights as one. These are just as good as the more expensive brands and super easy to add to Apple’s home. The colors are outstanding! Finally I am so happy there are now clear bulbs for all my exposed fixtures throughout the house. Those white frosted/plastic fugly smart bulbs just didn’t cut it for me. I HIGHLY recommend these.

My newest obsession
We have a very dark space with limited outlets and this has solved the issue of having to climb behind furniture to turn them on and off. The app is very user friendly and easy to connect to the bulbs. There are many different color and brightness settings which is great for different times of the day. They are a great value and have shown to be very durable. I am able to turn on and off the lights when away from my house which has been very nice for the dog. You can adjust the setting for the delay of turning on and off the lights. There has been no flicker and the app is very compatible with my iPhone. The app allows you to label each light so you can easily differentiate them. I want to order a light bulb for every room!

Works with Matter
While I did need to install the Wiz app to start the setup process, I was then able to generate a Matter code and connect the bulb directly to Google Home without any third-party OAuth cloud nonsense. I do wish there was some way to do the pairing without the separate mobile app, but from my understanding the Matter support was added to the firmware after the product launched so I guess it’s understandable.The bulb itself seems to work as expected. It’s impressive that all the electronics fit inside the tiny base at the bottom. The color temperature adjustment is a great feature, but it doesn’t get quite as warm as I would’ve liked. If you specifically want a really yellow/orange tone for that Edison bulb effect you may be disappointed. Aside from that though I have no complaints; the WiFi connection has been stable and it puts out plenty of light.

The ST19 are NOT Matter Compatible
This is an issue with how Amazon lists products. Some of the bulbs in this list might be Matter compatible, but the Edison-style ST19 are not. Itâs annoying and wasteful having to return these.The bulbs themselves are nice. I love the fact you can adjust how long the fade takes. The color temperature skews cool, even on the warmest setting.If these were Matter enabled, Iâd be keeping them. If thatâs not a concern for you, this is a good bulb.

Clunky app erases the bulbs brightness settings constantly
If you didn’t have to use the Wiz app to operate these bulbs they could be great. There are lot of color and warmth options, so the bulb itself is highly customizable.The app on the other hand is terrible. The customization features are all laid out in the most convoluted way, making it incredibly difficult to figure out what is going on.However most importantly, the app simply does not work for one of the most basic settings, I have set a schedule for lights to turn on at 5pm and off at 11pm, and the lights are set to 100% brightness. Each time the lights turn off on the schedule, they come back on at 25% brightness.I contacted support about this and they were mostly unhelpful, offering the same troubleshooting tips I had already tried (deleting the schedule, deleting the app and restarting my phone, un-pairing the bulb and re-pairing the bulb.Support was unwilling to dive any deeper to help me resolve my issue, so here I am getting ready to return this product and trying to save others hours of troubleshooting frustration. – If you need to use the app with a schedule, or expect a bulb to come on with the same settings that it was last used with, look elsewhere.

Best smart light ever
I changed internet providers and had to switch all of my smart devices. Some were old and would not connect. I bought another brand of smart bulbs because they said they were easy to set up. NOT! I found these and laid out more money but it was soooo worth it!! Took me longer to read the instructions than to actually get the smart bulbs connected!!! Definitely recommend and will be buying more!
