Looks like a lot of fun, does not work with an Arduino UNO
While I have not fully tested this item yet, it looks like it is going to be a lot of fun to play around with. What you should know in advance is that this will not work with an Arduino UNO, which happens to be the only board I have right now to play with. I will have to order at least an Arduino Mega, or more likely, a raspberry pi to get this to work. The HUB75 connector seems fairly easy to wire up. I would recommend first downloading and installing the library files which I found on github by searching for waveshare RGB matrix and the keyword github. Once installed, there are several demo programs to get you started. Now, I just have to wait for my new board to show up.
