    They pack a punch!
    These lights are solid! I’ve tried or own Arri, Rifa and other high-end light options out there, but I honestly reach for these every time. I love that I can control the lighting using my phone – the tempsture and color is awesome and they’re very easy to travel with, especially for a lighter-moving production crew.They offer great value for the price. If you’re considering them, don’t hesitate; they definitely provide plenty of light. For instance, the room in the picture I shared was very dark, but the videos turned out great!

    I purchased the Neewer 660 PRO RGB LED Video Lights about six months ago and have been really impressed with their performance. These lights have quickly become an essential part of my YouTube video production setup (literally sold my old lights the moment I got these).Addressing Brightness Concerns:I’ve seen some comments suggesting that these lights aren’t bright enough. However, in my experience, they’ve been more than adequate for my small studio space. They provide ample illumination for YouTube videos, even in challenging lighting conditions. The 50W output and dimmability options allow for precise control over the intensity of light, ensuring that you can achieve the desired look for your videos (and you can control it from your phone which is sweet).App Control: A Game-ChangerOne of the standout features of these lights is the ability to control them via a smartphone app. This level of convenience is truly remarkable. I can easily adjust color temperature, brightness, and special effects directly from my phone. I love this because I can have my camera set up and adjust lighting while viewing my composition and exposure.A Minor Quibble:The only minor downside I’ve encountered is the lack of a built-in grid box. While the lights produce beautiful, even light, a grid box would be useful for creating more directional light and softening highlights. However, this is a relatively minor issue that can be easily addressed with an aftermarket grid box.Overall, I highly recommend the Neewer 660 PRO RGB LED Video Lights to anyone looking for a versatile and affordable lighting solution for their small studio.     Well built, great for close-up subjects, not for distance
    This two light set is well-built and includes enough extra features for the lower price point. It was very convenient to be able to look at the LCD screen on the back and see/adjust both the intensity (measured in percentage) and the color temperature (measured in Kelvin). The color temp range of the lights goes from 2700K-5500K–standard photographic color temp bench marks.If you’re making tutorials for Youtube or any video project where you’ll be in close proximity to the camera or the lights, these are a great option. They’re inexpensive, the build quality is great, and they put out clean, adjustable light with little to no heat (not too sure about how hot they get as I did not run them for over 5 minutes or so). These would be great lights for interior night car scenes too.LIGHTS – The specs on these lights say they put out 6000 Lux at 1 meter. Considering a standard office space is at about 300-500 Lux and full daylight hovers around 10000 Lux, I was convinced these were going to be more than enough. I’m not sure we were achieving anywhere close to those levels, even without the diffuser. And without the diffuser, the LED light was way too harsh. I really wanted these to work out, but they did not deliver enough intensity to be practical for my purposes, where I needed the lights to be at least 2m away from my subject.DIFFUSER- The added plastic light diffuser and metal barn doors were a good attempt, but don’t quite hit the mark. First, the diffuser does soften the light a bit, but shadows are still fairly hard. You could add diffusion, but the light levels would be reduced to a challengingly low level.BARN DOORS – The barn doors are limited and there is a ton of light leak at the back side and corners. I would have also loved to have been able to rotate the barn doors to adjust the angle away from a rigid vertical/horizontal orientation.CASE- Everyone is right about the case design needing adjustment. If you’ve ever worked on a location shoot, you know how important it is to be able to setup/breakdown equipment quickly and protect your gear to the next location. The case, in it’s current design, cannot accommodate the lights with the U-brackets installed–the pockets are just a bit to narrow to slide them in. Likewise the middle pocket doesn’t quite fit both brackets and the power cables. There’s plenty of room for the stands, but once all is packed the weight is unevenly distributed and the case wants to fall over. The light pockets should be wider to allow the lights to be packed away with the brackets intact. The middle pocket could be reduced, allowing enough space for the remote, cables and power adaptors.STANDS – Yes, they are a little thin and definitely too short, but they are built well enough to solidly hold the light panels. Again, if you’re using them to shoot videos where your lights/camera will be close to the camera, they’re good enough. Any tougher build quality would necessitate a higher price point.

    Son excelentes, llegó a tiempo y en buenas condiciones. Las dos luces funcionan adecuadamente, viene para regular la temperatura, se puede usar fácilmente con la aplicación del celular que descargas desde la appa store o la play store. Son de excelente calidad. Sirven muy bien para grabar cortometrajes o incluso largometrajes, no creo que le lleguen a lo profesional pero como apoyo si funcionan muy bien, para los que estudian cine estas luces les pueden servir demasido durante la carrera, se las recomiendo totalmente.

    The lights are surprisingly high quality for the money. Metal housings, metal barn doors, removable diffusers, very nice controls. LEDs are extremely bright and responsive, great color range and very little heat.The app works much better than people give it credit for, and makes one-person shoots much easier. Lots of great features like a color match (uses your phone camera to select a subject or background and match the lights) as well as several presets and the ability to group and manage lights and store settings.The tripods aren’t super high quality; metal frames, plastic brackets, but they’re serviceable. Definitely an indoor unit, but they should last as long as they’re not abused.The carrying bag is decent, though more padding would have been nice.Overall a great value for the money; I own two sets now and I’ll never go back to my old fluorescent or halogens.

    You get everything you need from this package.Two awesome light panels with a soft carry for each light. Two light stands are also provided, they are not for heavy duty and might wobble at full height, the base must be extended fully to support it. Might need a spike buster or travel adapter for the plugs. Connecting to the app and controlling via it was seamless for me. However app is optional only, we have knobs that lets us fine tuning. Overall a very good product.
