What are the dimensions of the light panel?
The size of each light panel is 3.38*2.94*1.2 inches, and one controller can control up to 256 light panels to form various shapes.
Why aren’t my lights turning on?
First, check if your charger is 5V2A. If it’s 5V1A, please upgrade to a new charger. Then, check if all connectors (the longer ones) are securely connected. If the above checks don’t work, please contact for further assistance.
Why can’t my lights pairing to Wi-Fi?
Check if your Wi-Fi is 2.4G. If it’s mixed, use your phone hotspot for pairing. Reset the lights when connecting to the phone app. Watch our pairing video for reference. If still no connection, contact and we’ll help resolve it ASAP.
Why is my new light panels not turning on?
Pair the light with the app and select it on the homepage. Click the settings icon and choose “Set Distance.” Enter the number of light blocks at the maximum distance.

Whats the difference between Elements Hexagons and Shapes Hexagons?
Elements do not have RGB capabilities. Also, Elements emit cool to warm white light and the corners on the panels can each illumiate individually to create an organic sense of motion, whereas the entire Shapes panel is illuminated at the same time.
Can I connect Elements with Shapes?
Yes, both Elements and Shapes are designed with Connect+ technology, that allows you to connect them together in one layout. We recommend to use Elements linkers to connect Elements to Shapes.
Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?
No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.
What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?
Every Nanoleaf Smarter Kit has everything you need to set up the lights. It includes a Controller and a Power Supply unlike Nanoleaf Expansion Packs. An Expansion Pack is an addition to a Smarter Kit which cannot be used without owning a Smarter Kit.
Are Elements touch-reactive? Do they sync to music?
Yes, Elements react to your touch, so you can control your lights and interact with them in that way. And yes, Elements react to sound and music with the built-in Rhythm function.

So Verstatile!
The DTQJ LED Strip Lights is 33 feet of strip lights. It comes with a controller, but also can be app controlled, which is a huge bonus to me. It is easy to use and can be put in so many different places (TV, kitchen, bedroom, office) to give the type of ambiance you are looking for. If you have extra, you can just bundle it up and hide it.

Bright, easily controlled by remote
I like that you can not only control these lights with your phone, but also by a remote control. Phone can pair via bluetooth, so no WiFi is needed – great for use in the office. I have the light strip installed around my desk and hutch, making for an impressive backlit display. There are a lot of color and pattern modes to choose from, all of which can be cycled through using the remote control. Anything from solid primary colors to insane blining and chasing patterns. The light strip has an adhesive backing, so it sticks to surfaces really well. For corners, I found it best to give it a little slack and loop the strip around to keep from bending it too much. After installing this, I have been the envy of my coworkers!

Amazing Ambiance Lights!
I used the lights in a bit of an unconventional way â they are installed along the base boards of my door frames in my bedroom.My bedroom needed some additional ambient light, and these lights provided just that. The pictures and video attached showcase exactly how these lights look in my room wrapped around the doors and baseboards.This light string comes with a remote, but for greater functionality I recommend downloading the app. The app allows the user to select more light mode options and dim/brighten the string much more than the remote control.Iâm already considering ordering another strand to add to another area of my apartment and would recommend these lights to anyone considering adding some jazz to their personal space!
