    Bright and colorful under glow for Eboard
    I love these lights! I bought the pro version to use as an under glow for my electric skateboard and the work great!Brightness and colors:These lights are super bright! I’m sure the 12v power helps with that over some other 5V strips. The colors and really saturated as well and pretty accurate.Installation:They were super easy to install, the glue that comes on the back was definitely sticky enough for my needs, as long as you clean the surface and place them somewhere smooth, I don’t see them coming off easily at all. I used some braces to hold mine in place since I’ll be moving a lot, but I’ve had them for 2 weeks now and the tape hasn’t started coming loose even the slightest. I power it with a portable battery that is capable of outputting the 12V 2Amp power this light needs (which is very important, don’t try to use a regular usb battery). Be careful around bends as you don’t want to bend too sharply, it will mess up some of the colors in that section.Ease of use:They do require an internet connection to control from your phone and get the most out of the lights, but I found that using a hotspot on my phone, and waiting 5-10 seconds, I was able to control the lights at their full potentiometer from my phone anywhere I went (as long as I had cell service). The app is pretty good, could use some work on the segment color selection which was a bit hard to find, and wish the cool color modes were available to have permanently on instead of as a music mode, but my board naturally makes enough noise to have the colors keep moving.Overall:Great lights, would definitely recommend especially for the price and length you get, really bright and colorful and easy to install and use.

    Waaay to easy to use.
    So, like the batteried tools as hardware stores, once you choose yer kind stuck buying that line of tools (DeWalt,Ryobi,Milk-wal-kee) Wyze is the same with the home widget’s.since i have the app, mind as well get some lights. these are easy easy easy. i saw some reviews people had difficulty…and i understand but patience was needed. i will say the wyze light bulbs or the bigger pains in the air!these are bright enough, got various colors, and music mode…in case you want to boogie-oogie-woogie! so, there u have it my review…yeayeayeah, not much detail whatevs, i just do it for the WhoolFoods donuts. yes that’s right, I’m hoping AMZN will pay in donut coupons for all the reviews i write. i mean Audible (which is AMZN) pays people to record crap so people can buy the recorded version of something…maybe a donut or two is worth my writing. it certainly more work the reading…. especially on a cell. all the finger banging with my keyboard (hey! keep it clean! yaperv!)anywhoo…time to get some donuts! AMZN!!! Hook Me Up!!!

    Please read this comment fully!I am not a bot nor do I get paid for this comment. These are the best lights for its price. You do not get what you paid for, you get more than what you paid for! It has all the colors, everything is bright/dim (depending on what you set it to) and I bought these months ago. I don’t know what some of the 1 stars are saying happened with their product but I have no bad experiences.It connects to my Alexa and she’s able to turn it on/off and change colors. I do wish there were some updates on the app but, I am grateful they even have an app to begin with. It’s sound activated as well!! And there’s also different patterns of light. So many features.I promise you that the video I upload does not depict the full details of these lights. Also if you don’t like the colors, patterns, etc in the video, it’s because I set it to those specific color and pattern. It has way more designs, range of colors, light pattern, etc. also, it does seem like the lights weren’t verbatim flashing to every beat at the exact moment and it’s only because the volume of my alexia is low and is far away from the mic. If I played it louder or moved it closer to the light’s microphone, it would display even more perfectly.I am afraid of wasting money but frankly, these lights were worth it!Also I did have minor adhesion issues BUT, I did not clean the wall properly before sticking it. I did buy double sided tape for like $2 and stuck it to the bottom of where the strip begins and ends. The most issue is where it starts because of the wire weighing the front strips down but it was an easy fix and still worth it!!!

    Works for the most part
    Bought a few of these for our room. It works and easy to setup. Few quirks with it though.Music mode doesn’t work very well? Seems very random to me. Also, I have some of the color bulbs from Wyze and there seems to be a limit to how many bulbs can be synced with the music mode. So, temper your expectations with music mode.The other quirk I’ve found is that they can sometimes be slow to respond to commands. The app often hangs up and I lose control of the lights. Tried both on Android and Apple phones.For the price, I can’t complain too much.

    great accent lighting for my bathroom
    There is alot to rate… first of all I used screws on the clips and did not rely on the glue, I use mine in a bathroom along the ceiling so the moisture may mess with the glue so I didn’t take chances. I have this on a timer for overnight, so the light is a very low like 9% light and in a purple or blue color. No more looking for the light switch and getting blinded, I have a wood strip hiding the light strip so it’s a nice ceiling accent.I usually adjust the colors for like halloween, or st. patricks, its easy to do and no issues, it took me like 20 minutes or so to install perfectly and I haven’t touched it since, I’ve had it like 8 months now (or so)

    Works great ! Though crazy bright
    I bought this to light up my reptile enclosure and have it on the sunlight setting. It’s worked well and consistently on the wyze app along with other wyze products I own and was easy to cut to the needed length I wanted. Though led diffusers are definitely needed since even at 1% these are pretty bright!
