Connection Method

· Download app from the App Store(IOS) or Google Play Store(Android)

· Turn on the phone’s WiFi function and ensure the network is on, make sure the smartphone is successfully connected to your WiFi (only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported), you can also turn on the bluetooth in your phone (this will speed up the connection process).

· Connect led strip lights , turn it on and then turn off , repeat the operation three times until the led lights go into flashing mode.

· Entering the app will automatically pop up a connection window, click “Add”, click the “+” sign, enter the WiFi account and password, and click “OK”. Wait for the connection, click “Finish” when the connection is complete.

· Now you can control the led strip lights via the app.

· Please clean the surface of the attachment before installation, and make sure the surface is clean, flat and dry.

· This product is not waterproof, it is recommended to use it in a dry environment.

· Please pull out the transparent insulation sheet inside the remote control before using the remote control.

· Please note that the arrow position of the controller should be aligned with the strip light marking “+ 12V”, otherwise the light will not light up.

· Please ensure that each end of the controller is only connected to a roll of light strips.

    Good lights
    This product is very beautiful the lights shine very bright and they have nice colors, the only thing that probably can be improved is the adhesive . needs to have a stronger bond because on day 2 they started to fall down and I have to use clear tape to hold them in the wall. But overall it’s a really great product we love it k have a reel in no the of my kids rooms and they love it thank you.

    These lights are great, people are complaining about them not sticking but you’ve gotta clean the surface and make sure you’re pressing down on the strips so they stay secure. Instructions are clear. I do it that way and I end up having a hard time peeling them off if I need to move them.

    I’ve followed the directions perfectly! My remote was broken when I got it so it wasn’t able to turn on through the remote but I was able to get it connected to WiFi and add the device to my phone but still no lights will turn on while the device says it’s on through my phone

    Amazing product, difficult to connect to the app.
    Ive had my LED Lights up for a day now, and they have been excellent. Taking advice from not only other reviewers, and my person experiences i use clear tape to keep up the LED’s but the adhesive is particularly stronger than many other brands. The colors are vibrant, and personally very nice. It doesn’t come inside of a box like described but a amazon package, and a white tray. There is no connector piece for the second roll of 50ft lights; which is a major issue.One of the only parts that i dislike is how difficult it is to connect to the app. Ive tried the blinking on-off-on-off method a billion times, and it simply does not work; which truly disappoints me. The app suggest manually connecting it but it gives options like Wi-Fi, BLE, or Zigbee; personally, none of these options were given originally when buying the product, which confused me incredibly. If you plan to buy this product i recommend saving your money and just buying the remote control only. You cant connect Alexa without having the device on your app so it’s a huge bummer when it comes to digitally controlling the LED lights. Although, the brightness is pretty good, the value given, and what i expect out of the product especially considering the price its pretty disappointing.
