1.Why can’t my smart phone find the Wi-Fi signal of controller?
Please check if the controller has been connected with router or not, at the same time the Wi-Fi function of phone works properly.
2.Why can’t the controller connect with router?
Firstly, please ensure that you have input the correct Wi-Fi password, If the password is correct and the controller still fails to connect with router, please turn off the controller and router, then turn on the outer and the controller 3 MINS later. 2 MINS later start the APP. If the problem cannot solved after the above operations, please restore factory defaults.
3. How to reset the controller?
Reset the WiFi controller by plug and unplug connector repeatly for 4 times, wait for 1-3 seconds each time you plug /unplug the connector.(Please refer to the diagram in APP HELPS for more details)
4. NOT FOR RGB LED.

    Works great but be careful
    I love these controllers and have purchased 9 of them. They’re easy to setup and use. They’re Alexa compatible. Tell Alexa to turn them on or off or change brightness to whatever percentage you like and it performs the request fast. Just be careful when hooking them up that your wiring is correct. They blow out easily if your wiring is crossed in the least. I’ve blown out two of them due to my wiring mistakes.

    Perfect for RV Usage
    I have a fifth-wheel RV in which all of the lights are now 12 volt DC LED lights. I used DC Power Jack Connectors to plug them into my RV lighting system. I have setup 2 of my lights (kitchen and bedroom) so that I can control them through Amazon Alexa. So I can say, “Alexa, turn on bedroom lights at 20 percent” and “Alexa, turn off bedroom lights”. Wonderful setup.

    Completely and utterly useless
    This product is complete garbage DO NOT BUY. I knew these magic home devices were iffy going in because I have used them before. In fact, I have used a very similar model to this, but of the three that I received single one. Not one, not two, not all three, NOT ANY OF THEM would connect to any of the plethora of apps that support the same protocol. Personally, I’ve been using magic hue for the past several years, but the official magic home app should also work because it is the exact same app with a different icon. But neither of them would work, not even a little bit, magic. Magic hue wouldn’t even recognize that the device was there 80% of the time, it is able to talk to it and I know that because it showed up maybe three times in the hours that I have been trying to get this to work, and the official app was moderately more successful, but I could never get it to connect to the app. Do yourself a favor. Do not ever buy these. I specifically ordered the Wi-Fi version, and the few times that I was able to try to connect, it would always try to connect over Bluetooth ignoring the fact that it doesn’t HAVE A BLUETOOTH RADIO built in. This thing is completely and utterly useless and it is ruined one of my Christmas gifts so thank you for that

    Works very well, easy setup
    Was super easy to set up with the Magic Home app. I like that I can control two units as a group or each individually. I’ve read some of the negative reviews, so I will reserve judgment on how long they last and update if they fail. I suspect some of the complaints about flickering are due to using non dimmable bulbs, mine are dimmable so they don’t flicker (all LED dimmers work with pulse width modulation).

    Easy to Install, working great for over a month
    The first set i bought of these, one of the controllers did not work, did an Amazon item replacement, and they all seemed to work.These are very simple to install, they really just plug in if you have the right connectors. If you are getting into using LED strips, you should buy some DC power pigtails right away (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072BXB2Y8). I used these for 2 kitchen light strips and one light strip on my deck. They have worked great so far, very handy to have them automatically come on for some ambient light in the evenings. You can use Google Assistant or Alexa to turn them on/off, set routines, and even set the brightness! The only issue I have (which is not a big deal), is that the Magic Home app shows some of them as “bulbs” and some of them as light strips (see attached image). Is there a way to change this? I would hope so. Otherwise it seems like they aren’t really the same product – manufactured slightly differrently. I give 4 stars because the quality seems a bit low for the price.Edit: Over a year later and they are working great! Also, they integrate with Home Assistant using the Flux LED integration. Great cheap starter controllers!

    Difficult to Connect & Limited Function
    I wanted to add smart functionality to my tunable white light strips. I had a very difficult time getting it recognizable on my network.Once connected, I had problems with flickering, no dimming functionality, and certainly no tunable white functionality.I consider myself slightly above average with electronics literacy. For my device, it was a failure. But other devices, maybe okay.Support did attempt to help, but wanted me to send video narration and mobile key strokes of problem and I wasn’t willing to spend any more time on it.

    It works with my Twinstar aquarium light but…….
    The controller did not fit my Twinstar Vr. IV 600s light. The male jack from the light does not fit the female end of the Wi-Fi controller. I thought I had to return the controller, BUT I figured out the controller will work if I buy a female to male larger sized jack to connect the controller to the light jack. It works great now!!!!!

    These controllers are amazing
    I have used them for all kinds of products around the house. I have them to light up my stairs (see pic), under cabinet lighting, outside at my gate. These are dimmable which allows you to taylor the look you want. They also make your LED’s consume less power. How do I turn them on? Automatically of course… They pair with Alexa and at dusk Alexa turns them on. Alexa turns them off at 11:00 PM or also when I tell Alexa goodnight, keyword to turn off all the inside lights. I even have my counter lights setup to be on each morning for coffee. So I never really have to turn them on.
