    Bought this for my newborn – game changer!!
    I bought this lightbulb because the light in my bedroom was entirely too bright for late night feedings and diaper changes and it was a pain dealing with your usual on & off switch. So I bought this which in my opinion had been a game changer. I’ve never been more happy with a purchase. I love all the different settings, I love having the ability to change colors and dim or brighten the light. My baby also loves the changing colors options this light has. Only issue is it will tell you it’s not connected to Wi-Fi sometimes and for me I found that you just have to turn your light switch off and on again or someone has turned the switch off after leaving the room and it just needs to be turned back on.

    Pro: Works well with Alexa, Con: not 1600 lumen
    This is my fourth smart bulb in my home, including, Kasa, Philips Hue, Feit, and this one (Wiz).Kasa’s bulb has worked seamlessly with Alexa, but it is only 800 lumens. Not appropriate for a study room.Philips Hue did work with Alexa but stopped working in the Alexa system. Yet, very bright. 1600 lumens as advertised.Feit was not connected due to some specific wifi settings of my home. If you consider this product, read reviews and check your home wifi setting.I did not have any issues connecting Wiz with Alexa, but it’s not 1600 lumens as advertised. It’s brighter than Kasa bulbs (800 lumens) for sure.

    I bought it because I saw it had a lot of lumens. I bought another light bulb at the store with less lumens and it was brighter than this oneAlso when you switch on the light it takes a second to turn on which is a bit annoyingIt connected to the app easy and was easy to install.

    Sho’ is brite
    I was looking for a bulb that was both smart and bright for the kitchen and basically places where I want to see how dirty things are. I also wanted a bulb that could do colors for when I play movies and want a softer darker tone to the environment. This light bulb does the trick. I had little to no issue with installation. If you’re looking for a bulb that’s bright enough to see how dirty place you must use an a21, and these bad boys do the trick. My only complaint is the fact that I can’t find an a twenty one bulb that is clear without the coating, but that’s no reason to take a star away for the quality of this product thus far.

    Plug and play at its finest especially for Google Assistant
    This could not have been simpler! I have smart outlets that require me to go into my router and change the setting from 5 GHz to 2.4 And I always hate doing that because it takes forever. This could not have been a simpler process! It was truly plug and play and seamless integration. You do have to download the WIZ app but that’s no big deal. And then you can connect it to your Google home app. Lots of pre-programmed colors such as fireplace, candle light and circadian rhythm. I think like most everybody I’m going to leave them set on daylight for regular light bulbs but I like having them voice activated when I walk in the room with stuff in my hands. Or if I’m falling asleep and want to just tell the lights to turn off as opposed to manually turning them off at the switch. Hopefully they don’t unpair themselves from the Bluetooth / Wi-Fi like some of my other devices seem to do but so far so good! Seems like some of the pre-programmed color patterns would look good with a different lampshade. All of my lampshades are white. I can’t say that the colors are 100% accurate but they’re pretty damn good.

    Impossible to setup
    First I bought two Phillips Hue bulbs. I wanted to start with the big name brand. I screwed them in, downloaded app, did the setup, and had them working in about 2 or 3 minutes. But they are so expensive, so I decided to try these. Well, I’ve spent the last hour trying to get them to connect to the app, and they just will not. I have done every done every conceivable troubleshooting step: turned everything on/off many many many times, uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried different spots in the house, looked in my router settings for UDP broadcast and saw absolutely nothing relating to “UDP”.This should NOT be this difficult. I don’t understand all the great reviews. I don’t have a strange setup. I’m using Windows 10 using a nice new router from Spectrum and I have an iPhone XR. There is no reason this shouldn’t be a piece of cake. I AM a tech savvy person. I am not a grandmother from the depression era. I can get things working IF they can be made to work. Not here. It’s very disappointing. How is it that Phillips can manage to make the setup process and daily functionality ROCK solid and completely frustration free? Meanwhile, I just flat out cannot get these “Wiz” bulbs to function after an hour of work. Oh also, the cherry on top, is that when trying to get these bulbs working, they like to FLASH on and off so as to raise your blood pressure even more, because there is nothing better than to have a light flashing on and off and on and off while you are extremely frustrated and trying to concentrate.So, everything about these bulbs, at least in my experience, SUCKS. The setup process sucks, the flashing sucks. I’m glad so many people are having good luck, but the lesson learned here is you get what you pay for. In this case, you are paying for a MUCH smoother, slicker app and software. The bulb, as just a regular white light bulb, is great though! So if you want just a regular bulb, well then I guess this is fine. But if that’s all i was going to use if for, I would have just gotten a regular cheap bulb.Bottom line: I COULD NOT SET THESE BULBS UP WITH THE APP NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED. Phillips Hue bulbs on the other hand were a breeze to setup and to use.

    Great options and easy set up. App is a bit slow
    These things are bright, colorful, fun, and last a long time. Lots of color options for moods. I’m a night owl and these liven up my nights just chilling at my PC or brightening my daily remote workspace. The only complaint is the app is a little finicky at times. But other than that it’s a solid light option. Almost only gave it 4 stars, but when they work it’s easily a 5 star purchase so there ya go.

    No de doy 5 estrellas porque no es perfecto, pero no ha dado problemas para usarlo día a día, uso Alexa y Google home, y con ninguno he tenido problemas.La re producción de coleres es bastante buena, pero se necesita tener una habitación en la cual no haya otra fuente de luz para que lo colores se vean más vivos, aunque eso es una situación qué he tenido con todos los focos inteligentes qué he comprado.
