I was happy with how it performed during testing. I needed to reset the timer, so I pressed the reset button with a small jewelers screw driver. This put the put the unit into confusion. After unplugging and trying again, then pressing the RST button again resulted in an electric shock to me. The unit is now completely dead. Too bad, it seemed to be a good unit. My suggestion is to make the reset button like the others so one need not insert a small tool into the tiny hole, which doesn’t feel like a button at all, but rather a soft piece of rubber. Other than that, I was happy with it.

The device works as advertised, but the instruction manual is very bare bones. This device is not listed on Visosun’s website and there is no information about the product. There is no customer support for the product. Amazon’s website has all of the information available. It’s fine if you understand what the device tells you, but if you don’t, there is not a way to understand the data.
