I’m really impressed with this in-home camera system! I have one camera set up to monitor my front porch and another to keep an eye on my puppy while I’m away. Both cameras provide crystal-clear views, and I can easily check in on both areas from my phone, which is super convenient. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, making setup and use a breeze.For the price, this system is unbeatable. The video quality is sharp and reliable, day or night, and I’ve had no issues with connectivity. It’s been especially helpful for watching my puppy when I’m out, and I can quickly check in to see how he’s doing in real-time.While you do have to pay more if you want access to playback features, for now, I’m perfectly happy with just being able to live stream and keep an eye on things as needed. Excellent Set of Indoor Cameras!I recently purchased this set of 4 indoor cameras, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! These cameras are exactly what I needed to enhance the security in my home.Setup: The installation process was a breeze. Each camera comes with clear instructions, and I had all four up and running in under an hour. The mobile app that accompanies the cameras is intuitive and easy to navigate.Picture Quality: The video quality is great even in low light. I love the ability to switch pixel amount, I keep it on the highest but great quality.Motion Detection & Alerts: The motion detection feature works flawlessly. I get notifications on my phone whenever there’s any movement, which gives me peace of mind. The sensitivity field is adjustable, so I can fine-tune it to avoid false alarms from pets or small movement. Which I’m still playing with since the alarm sound is very loud and frightens my catsTwo-Way Communication: I can hear what’s going on in the room and communicate through the cameras if needed. Excellent picture for a steal
I can’t say enough good things about these Tapo C100 cameras. I initially only bought one camera because we adopted a cat and wanted to watch her while we were away. I was so impressed by the price, easy set up, clear picture, and not needing to subscribe and pay for a cloud storage service that I kept adding more cameras and now I currently have a total of nine cameras throughout the house. We have a hardwired Lorex security camera system inside and outside our house but I never use them now that we have the Tapo cameras. The app is intuitive and you can download video and save it to your phone/computer. 1080p is more than enough resolution and when I posted a video to NextDoor of an unfortunate theft that occurred in front of our house, people asked what camera I was using because they were impressed with the clarity. The camera stores onto a microSD card and I’m able to playback even when I’m not on the same wifi network. Occasionally when I try to playback a video and someone else is in the app, I will get an error but it eventually resolves itself. The other nice thing is when I brought my cat to my sister’s house while we were away, we brought one of the cameras, linked it to her wifi, and was able to share that camera with her so that she could see the feed but not our other cameras at home. My only complaint about these cameras is that I ordered white cameras to match my walls, the cord that comes with it is always black. I wish it would come with a white cord.
