Nice features and alerts.
Camera setup was easy and has some nice features like an option to use WiFi or Ethernet, geofencing, being able to alert you to specific occurrences such as a car detected, person detected, animal detected, and if someone crosses a defined area or line. It has an alarm, although not very loud but enough to let someone near it know they’re being recorded. There are also 2 LED lights for recording, but it’s not something that will light up anything (like the ground), even when set to 100% brightness, but is intended to enhance the video quality. I turned it off so it’s not obvious when it detects motion and is actively recording. You can also turn off the LED status light so it doesn’t call attention to it as much.The thing I don’t like is that the inside of the lens sometimes “fogs up”, even when mounted indoors, making it impossible to identify anything. It tends to clear up if I turn the camera off for a few minutes. Other times, in daylight when the lens isn’t foggy, the video isn’t bad. I have concerns it will get extra foggy should it be humid, cold, or raining.Overall it has nice features, but poor video (or perhaps this one is defective). I set the video resolution to the max of 2K and also tried HDR mode for increased clarity, so this was as good as it gets. Even at that, after dark with outside lights on, it’s impossible to identify someone 7’ below where the camera is mounted.UPDATE: The video has been clear after that first day or so. I’m thinking some moisture had gotten in and it just had to burn off in the sun. I added another photo of someone about 25’ out with a leaf blower, and the quality is pretty good. I would definitely recommend.

Hardware is great. Software not so sure.
Just today the camera got a software update that specifically addresses some of the issues I’ve been having, in which case I’d give this camera 5 stars. I’ll check back in a week or so.I’m using this camera outdoors to monitor my back alley, accessing using microSD card, not the web site. Allowing me to use my Apple storage would have been perfect but I understand that’s probably the best source of revenue for the manufacturer. In fact, I assume that’s why the camera comes at such a good price.Pros: Great camera, with excellent features. Easy install and design allows the camera to be easily postioned for best coverage. Very good image quality even in low light or zoomed in. Well thought out controls like the light, speaker and ability to precisely define the detection area.Cons: Slow to connect. Playback from microSD card is so-so. Audio quality leaves a lot to be desired.btw, once I switched to a newer, faster microSD card accessing the camera and playback were improved, but could still be a lot better.Overall, recommended, and I would purchase again.

Compre varias para el frente y patio de mi casa, la imagen es buena, mi Internet es de uso para el hogar y además lad instale inalambricas y para mi sorpresa funciona bastante bien, los materiales son muy resistentes ya que resistieron toda la temporada de lluvia sin ningún problema, usar y entender la App es súper fácil

This is a great camera! Super easy to set up, install and use. It comes with 30 days free of cloud storage and the paid storage is very fairly priced.You can get cloud storage for one or multiple cameras so you don’t over pay if you only have the one and save if you have multiple. There are also 7 and 30 day plans for the storage so you can pick the length of storage they’re I’ll keep and have the option to download footage directly from the app.It has auto updates feature and you can choose the time of day or night for it to do so.It has a slot for local storage but the cloud is much more convenient (unlimited).Person detection works flawlessly, and the movement detection works even too good (it picked up a bug flying 5-6ft from the camera, picks up light changes- car headlights and you can hear a lot)The best feature that sold me on this thing besides the price was the option to talk to whomever was at the door. It is a two way radio.I have not had any problems so far with this guy, other than the fact that I had to lengthen the cable as it did not reach to the outlet I wanted to use, but you can also use an extension cable instead of being extra like me 😂

Me encantó la cámara llegó súper rápido, te notifica todo, excelente resolución, puedes hablar atravez de la cámara y grabar el audio, realizar zoom, la app de la cámara tiene una prueba gratis en la nube y después puedes pagar mensualmente o ponerle un micro SD. Yo pagué la app y es muy económica aparte que me registra todo. Nunca pierde señal y es super fácil de instalarla yo la requería para monitorear mis mascotas y está excelente, a sido mi mejor aliado cuando me voy al trabajo. Si solo quieren 30 días gratis de la nube tapo y ya no quieren pagar compren ADATA MICRO SDXC Clase V10 128 MB no se preocuparan del almacenamiento debido a que graba en bucle y borra videos viejos, almacena los nuevos así que jamás se quedarán sin almacenamiento.
