Great product!
It was easy to install, came with clear instructions and connected to my Smarlt Life app and Alexa seamlesly. To my suprise it came with 2 switches. It fit nicely into a 3 gang box I had. Throught the smart life app, I have it set to go on and off a certain times of the day. This is the second TOPGREENER switch I have purchased and both have worked great. The other is a wifi dimmer switch and it has worked flawlessly for 2 years now.**EDIT**Make sure you replace your other 3 way switch with a single pole switch. The instructions show this but don’t clearly call it out.

Easy to flash with ESPHOME for Home Assistant!
I’m a fan of these. They are switches only, not dimmers, and do require a neutral, but they work great. The clamp-to-connect back feed is far more secure than other back feed mechanisms, they have a decent Wifi range, and most importantly they (as of April 2024) work great with TuyacConvert to flash esphome and integrate with Home Assistant, all OTA, no tools needed.

ð« NOT Compatible with LED Night Light Switches
Pros: Very capable Smart Switch with very good price to performance. Integrated easily with Google Home after installing the Smart Life app. Only requires sigle-pole at 2nd switch.Cons: NOT Compatible with LED nightlight switches. The switch throws out traditional three-way wiring at the second switch location. This switch only requires a traveler and a neutral at the second box, which is great for new installation; but, not so easy for existing wiring. And, the instructions/schematics do not address existing “traditional” wiring. The Solzulamp 3way or single pole LED night light switches are incompatible with this switch. The LED circuit interferes with the Topgreener circuitry. What I did: (I’m NOT an electrician) (3-way switch NOT required) At the second box connect the Traveler “red” to hot side of switch, and Neutral “white” to Neutral side of the “non-LED nightlight” switch. Tie the Load “black” & Hot “black or (white w/ black mark)” together with wirenut.*Note* My best friend “the electrician” figured this out.Final Thoughts: Great Switch that has poor documentation for existing “traditional” wiring. I’m sure this has created some bad reviews of this product and probably many returns. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. New switches have New Wiring.

Should be 5 stars butâ¦
I love it and it works great BUT⦠they put a physical program mode button on it so when hidden inside a large fan on a tall ceiling and your spectrum does what spectrum does best you have to take a ceiling fan down to push a button instead of being able to flip a switch so many times to get into program mode.Should my frustration be toward spectrum? Yes!Should they have thought about this being an issue before advertising it as a âhidden switchâ 100% YES!!!

Works perfectly and compitible with Alexa
Was the replacement for a few other brands that kept failing. This model offers 3 way switches which I don’t need and have not tested. But I have purchased a few and all worked well and flawlessly. They integrate well with Alexa on my Echos. I purchased the wall plugs on the merits of this!As will all of these types of units: You need a strong Wifi Signal preferably coming from the front as the back is often encased in a metal box and stops the signals. You also need to make sure your wiring is correct. My third unit was in a room where the wiring was wrong (The neutral white wire was really a hot wire and should have been coded black.) and the device never turned on. I checked with a device and realized this. So had to pay an electrician, AGAIN, to come and wire that room correctly.

Functions Well After Difficult Pairing Process
Once connected these work very well with the App and Alexa. The pairing process is tedious, the instructions are not accurate, the module itself can and will display light sequences of both blue and green LEDs as well as combinations that are not described in the manual at all.I am a fairly techy person and I finally figured out how to get them paired and working but I will admit it was extremely frustrating.I know in my case the easy mode never worked and you had to use AP mode. And then you run across LED light combinations on the module that are not described so you don’t know what you are doing. Lol. And the app itself is not very intuitive on switching from their easy mode to AP mode. The product would help from a more comprehensive manual that covers everything for setup as well as someone verse properly in English to proofread, or better yet, create these manuals and actually use the product to ensure it’s all covered.

Control all of your lights with one switch!
First of all everything you would expect this to do it does. It’s easy to install and set up for anybody who is used to installing light switches and setting up smart devices. The main thing I was hoping to accomplish with these was to control all of the light switches and my kitchen with a single switch. Whoever set the kitchen up installed four separate light switches in three different parts of the room. So if you want to turn the all the lights on you had to walk to each part of the room. Every other switch solution that I looked it had no way to accomplish this. although I could group them together in Alexa my wife doesn’t like having to talk to Alexa to turn our lights on and off so she wanted to be able to just press any one of the switches and have it turn them all on or all off. I was able to easily accomplish this with the app that comes with this switch. There’s an automation part of the app that works sort of like IFTTT. Long story short I was able to install these and now you can turn all of my lights on and off from any one of the switches. Very exciting!
