Starts flickering soon after install
Replaced all the light fixtures and dimmers in the house. 9 dimmers. Tomorrow going to Home Depot to buy new ones as these dimmers cause a strobe effect. You may get lucky if you buy them but I was not.

My dimmable LED lights are flickering
I bought a six pack of these and installed one so far. If I start it on low, it flickers uncontrollably. If I flip the switch a few times, it stops flickering and acts fine. I don’t know why it does this. I’m using a Sylvania dimmable LED bulb and the switch is in LED mode.Obviously, this is unacceptable, but if I’m doing something wrong or there is a way to fix it, they would be five stars. Two smaller issues. FIrst off, the lugs, or whatever they are called, are really soft metal: very easy to strip. At least the load one that I was having trouble with was super soft. Also, possibly related to my central problem, the directions for adjusting the light are unclear. It says put it in “set” mode and then “adjust the slider.” Well, it can’t be talking about the plastic slider, because that’s not adjustable, so I guess it’s talking about the internal slider. But I can’t see how adjusting that internal slider does anything. I move it up, and the light gets brighter. I move it down, and the light gets dimmer. What am I supposed to be doing? I thought maybe putting it in “set” mode would make it output to 50%, and then you could move the slider up or down to get a new 50% or something like that, but it doesn’t seem to do that. I don’t see what the “set” mode is supposed to be doing.

Removing as soon as possible.
Screws were very tight and made it difficult to wrap wires (1938 home). Then after a little while the flickering started. I thought it would be from the slider, but even when set, just randomly flickers. Dimmer is very fast over short movement. Oh well.

Started Good
Update: I had 2 of the dimmers start flickering off the 6. Seems like looking through the reviews itâs not uncommon. Donât know if 4/6 is still better than the higher cost options. As stated above, these things feel like a good quality. The click is firm, but not aggressive. The slider is smooth, although I did have one that was a little more stubborn. Not sure I would have noticed without the others to compare. I like the LED. Pretty faint so not like a night light. More of a guide so you donât have to play the âI know where it is, but not exactlyâ game when itâs dark.Connecting these was a breeze too. I used the pin hole connections in the back. The design of these still uses the screw to tighten it, which I found to be pretty secure. This is contrary to the contractor grade that you poke to release. If you do plan on using the screws, I found the clearance to be somewhat difficult, reaffirming my decision for the pin holes.
