    Takes a long time to boot up.
    I have 8 cameras. Never have all 8 worked at the same time. Signal strength is good. By the time you turn on to see what turned the alarm on, the subject is missing(gone). Sorry I purchased these and I certainly won’t recommend them

    Great range for weaker wifi signals
    I finally got to install this system on my house. Although my house and property are of average size my wifi signal is weak. I tried using extenders and mesh systems but no luck. So I decided to get these wireless cameras and install them outside the perimeter of my home. The picture comes in clear and the connection is rock solid. My previous wireless camera system kept disconnecting because of the weak signal and also due to the fact that my house is comprised of cement. Although there is no PTZ function it still gives a good picture for you to monitor your property.

    Installation is so easy
    I currently have several swann products. These 4k cameras are crystal clear day or night.These particular cameras are solar powered, which is wonderful. The only challenge I have run into is camera placement.Some of the areas where I have my cameras located do not get enough sun, I must plug them into the wall to recharge.The cameras are designed to easily disconnect from the base when I need to take them down to clean or charge.All in all a wonderful product.

    What should be a five star review is a 3 star. These cameras have so much potential to be a five star product. The range of these cameras is the best on the market. Quality of the camera that they sacrifice to get the range is sub par. Two of the four cameras would not detect motion. I compared the motion on the one that did work at 75’ away from modem through house outside against my Arlo 2 ultra Cameras. The ultra cameras did not show motion for 30 seconds later than the Swann that did work. Mounting is OK but could be better. If the review was based on range it would be a five star.Because they sacrifice so much image quality to get that at the price it is only a one star. These are for security they need to have facial recognition. If you are going to spend this kind of money on cameras they should be to a high standard. These should not have been released yet.

    I cannot rate the product fully as I have not been able to set it up fully. The actual connection between the camera and the recorder was okay, but I continually get error messages when trying to pair the recorder with the phone app. it seems to me that one of the best features of the product is the ability to check cameras via the phone app. If I cannot use the phone app as expected then the product is not as advertised.

    Best wireless cameras I have used to date and I use an Arlo system as well. I love that I don’t need a subscription and it acts like a home security station and doesn’t need the internet, as it saves everything locally, and security hub is amazing with its backup battery, and the cameras themselves are very good quality, and the solar panels work pretty good, just make sure they get direct sunlight for a decent amount of time, and they should help plenty.Only problem is, the software solutions provided aren’t that great, the operating system direct from the hub is decent, but has a bit of a learning curve, and a steep learning curve for the non-techy types.The android app, is ok, not bad, and once you get used to it, it’s pretty functional, it just feels weird coming from something like Arlos app, the windows version to day is a difficult mess, that I’m not having much fun with to date, but maybe it would be good if it would work properly.So, hardware= almost perfectAnd software= needs some workBut overall the product still outdoes the other brands.
