This dimmer switch is a great improvement in my kitchen. It used to be that you switched on the lights and were blinded by them … now you can choose how much light you want.

These are easy to install but you cannot install them if you only have 3 wires in your switch box. Neutral wire required on these. These do not take kindly to a short like others I have had so be triple sure you have it hooked up right before restoring power. No big deal as I got these for testing and review and did certain things on purpose to see how they would handle it. The app is basic and so are the dimming levels. Not a ton of real life fine tuning even though it looks like fine tuning is happening in the app but it is good enough for most folks I would say. The app integrated easy with Alexa and voice control works fine. There is a light that is always on that shows the dim level on the switch itself. I personally do not like that about them because it makes the room look like a spaceship movie scene recreation but I can see how some people will like that about them. I can look at the light that they are controlling to see how dim or bright it is, I do not see the point of having a duplicate LED indicator on the switch itself that tells me the same info. One of the switches has a manufacturing defect on the down button that looks like a scuff but it was an error in the moulding and finish processing of the switch button. I swapped out the defect for a new set with no issue.What are these? AN INCREDIBLE VALUE! These are a cost efficient solution if you have multiple switches or are doing a whole house conversion compared to the ones that I have been installing for my home as well as my client’s homes. I am a Contractor so I handle stuff like this regularly. These have a lighter weight feel to them compared to the name brand stuff I am used to handling but they seem to work just fine and are affordable.I would order these again if I had a need to do multiples on a budget and the job was about the budget. They work and install like others do but they are electrically fragile to a short and there may or may not be defects on the parts that face the room. It is a case of you get what you pay for. No serious negatives but little stuff to nitpick about that pricier options do not allow. Overall these are decent for the money.

I ordered this 2 pack dimmer switch along with the 1-pack Sunco dimmer switches to upgrade my kitchen and dining area LED can lights setup. The package includes an instruction manual, faceplate, and wire nuts, making the installation process straightforward. Note that a neutral wire is required in your switchboard. The instructions were clear, and the switch was simple to install. It integrates seamlessly with the Smart Life app, which quickly connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If your Smart Life app is linked to Google Home, the switch will automatically appear in the Google Home app, which is very convenient. The switch supports 7 levels of brightness control, and its standout feature is the smooth fade-in and fade-out functionality. When you turn it on, it fades to the last set brightness, and when turned off, it gently fades outâthis looks great and adds a premium feel.Thereâs an LED light bar on the side of the switch that displays the current brightness level, which is both functional and visually appealing. The buttons have a sturdy, tactile feel and exude high quality. Voice control via Google Assistant works flawlessly, and despite the distance from my wireless router, I have not experienced any connectivity issues over the last 2-3 months of use.I have not observed any flickering or coil whining with these switches.Another thoughtful feature is the small tab located under the bottom switch, which, when pulled, completely disconnects power from the light lineâa useful addition for maintenance purposes. These dimmer switches are competitively priced, making them one of the most affordable options on the market. So, I recently got these to upgrade my home.I had been trying a bunch and I wanted a switch that would work whether wifi was connected or not. I have too many devices that just stop working when they lose signal.And this switch… at a base level it turns on and off (slow dim) and has level adjustment as soon as you connect it.The level does click not a hold and fade, but that is okay for me.Once connected through the app (which it uses Tuya, thank you) then you have a scale for dimming, but most importantly, it has internal scheduling on EACH and EVERY switch. You can set a custom schedule PER switch, need to automatically turn your kids bedroom lights on when they have to get up for school? Turn off your porch light late at night because you went to bed and forgot? It does it, and it works even when wifi is out.That to me made this a great choice.Second it that it is a single white status light that only lights up when the switch is on, unlike other switches I have that light blue and red even when off.
