    DO NOT BUY! They don’t fit. You have to build the home around the switches!!
    I tried to install the switches. I had to wait for the apartment that I wanted, so I wish I would have got the white ones. Which would have been fine, I can deal with the black switch on the white wall. But the problem is, they don’t fit. There is a gap all the way around the switches, and I have 3 different versions. The single, the triple, and the touchscreen hub. And none of them fit. I looked everywhere sonoff site, Amazon, and just google. To find a switch plate cover for the 3 gang, and 1 gang. And there aren’t any, so instead I bought taking switches, cheaper, they come with the plates, and not only that the plates that I already have fit too. So I guess you just need to build your home around the switch. And I didn’t even open the box to install until now. And now it’s too late to exchange for another spinoff product that has a plate, it’s not the glass touch one. The ACTUAL one that I wanted. But I can’t remodel my apartment to change smart switches out. And I wasted $200. DONT BUY there are options from TP LINK THAT ARE $60 cheaper, and do the same thing. If I would have opened them earlier I could have returned. I don’t have a problem with the product per say, it just doesn’t make sense to make it not standard sized, and not include the wall plate. Who has switches without a wall plate?!

    This item does not work start to turn on and of the lights ramdomly
    At first works good for around and hour and then start to turn on and off the lights ramdomly, without any interction or order. I checked on internet and a lot of people have the same problem, checked the internet connection, restarted de sync with the app, nothing works. Finally someone says i have to cut the RF anthena inside the board beacuase causes problems, but there’s no map to know exactly where to cut. This device must work just plug and play and not give us this headache just trying to make it work, I’m outside the country right now so I cannot return the item. It’s just a shame.

    O aparelho é de boa qualidade e funciona bem, porém pra fazer o emparelhamento com app e com Alexa é meio complicado, até agora não sei como consegui fazer, se precisar fazer de novo, não sei refazer os passos. O manual é mal explicado. Tirando isso, depois de instalado tudo, o funcionamento e o design são lindos, deixa qualquer ambiente com um ar de sofisticado.
