    Great for RV outlets
    I bought this 4 smarts plugs for my RV. I used them with Alexa and so far it works great. I use them with tablets and charging stations during the day when I am not home I turned them off and back on at night so far they are working great

    Did I get someone’s return? Doesn’t work.
    There was no remote control in the box. Alexa had no trouble finding the device, BUT it thought it was a camera. When I told Alexa to turn it on or off, she said there was no support for on or off at this time, but it could hide the camera. WHAT camera? I was trying to use the device with a coffeemaker. Can’t decide if I should return and reorder order or just return it and find something else. Returning it is a pain in the rear because I don’t have a car.

    Confusing/Challenging Set Up
    I was ready to give this outlet away. It did not activated easily or properly according to the directions. But…the next morning it was online and I could create a schedule as I’d wanted to. Not sure what the problem was (probably me!), but it now works great! I like the black color and that I can control it via the app on my phone.

    I bought a 4-pack of these outlets. They’re aren’t many black smart plugs to choose from, that are compact in size. About 5 weeks in and 1 plug has failed entirely and another shows unresponsive in Alexa app. Not a good success rate. I’d look elsewhere.
