    Tried numerous times to connect to Alexa. But will not work. If it wasn’t such a hassle to return I would definitely send them back. Very , very unhappy with this!!!!!

    Great plugs
    Their shape is great versus the round ones that make it nearly impossible to use the other outlet. Setup was easy, although I have few problems with these kinds of devices.It doesn’t say so on here, but these are rated for 10 amps. If you have a device, like a heater, that uses more than 10 amps, you’ll blow the internal fuse and the plug will be useless. Using these to control heaters seems unsafe, but you gotta understand the amperage requirements of your devices and what these plugs are capable of.You can find smart plugs with higher amperage ratings, but they cost more.
