Easy to use smart plugs
It’s always handy to have smart plugs around. These are inexpensive and WORK. They integrate with Tuya / SmartLife, so I use them with Home Assistant using LocalTuya (look it up) so in my case they don’t need to have cloud access. I will likely be buying more of them because I keep finding new reasons to use them!

Good bargain option
I bought these with the intention of integrating them with Google Home, not Alexa. Due to this, I can’t say how well they work with Alexa. The first plug setup was an absolute breeze, and I had it up and running within a few moments. The second one, for whatever reason, was a nightmare ordeal. Finally, I managed to get it set up and the other two were seamless pairing as well. Now we can turn on lamps, holiday lights, and even the bedroom fan with ease. Very nifty little devices.

Great little smart plugs smart life / tuya
These are quite small and don’t affect the outlet too much. Add very easy to smart life app without disabling the 5ghz band. They seem very stable and do allow for location based time settings. Two prongs go in without having to stick something in the ground. Really improved over some of the older smartlife / tuya smart plugs.

It says compatible but what it should say is must download another app then give the dot access to another app and company with a new account created for the new app.My phone has over a dozen apps for things already controlling other things. I am not downloading another app. My phone barely keeps charged because of all these apps! I have to keep my phone plugged in just to talk on the phone!Do not get these if you donât have the power to download even more gigantic apps on your devices!
