Great product, outstanding customer service
This is a great product and has made life easier at our company, since we have front doors that are locked and require someone to let visitors in. We have one upstairs and one down and love the fact you can change chimes and the volume. There are many different chimes to choose from and it’s easy to switch them out. The unit is obscure and doesn’t stand out, so perfect for our professional setting. But another thing that makes this chime really awesome is the customer service. For some reason we had issues with the downstairs chime working each time the bell was wrung. I contacted customer service and they replied back immediately and gave me some good trouble-shooting things to try out, but when that didn’t work, they graciously sent us a new set of doorbell and chimes, even though it had been a number of months since we first purchased. You don’t find customer service like this much anymore and when you do, it’s very much appreciated. So….great product, great customer service. I would definitely purchase again and am very impressed with this company.

Works better than old wired doorbell ever used to
I bought this unit 18 months ago when our wired doorbell finally gave out. An electrician said it was probably a wiring fault and would likely require tearing up some walls to repair, He recommended a wireless doorbell and I bought this one.What a great decision. Installation was a breeze. The only problem was that I couldn’t stop playing with all of the different ring tones. ;-)It worked so well, that when I was visiting an elderly man across the street and he was complaining that his doorbell stopped working years ago and he can never hear people knocking, I offered to install one for him. I did and he thanks me every time he sees me.Then, when we were on visiting one of the our adult kids who have a large country house on the east coast, they kept running to the window to see if the carpool for the soccer practice had come. I asked why they didn’t just wait for them to ring the bell. They said it didn’t work. I suggested one of these, but they were skeptical. I ordered one anyway and one day when they were away, the grandkids and I installed two – one on the back door where the carpool people usually come and one on the front door. The kids had fun programming them each with different ring tones. The 10 year old granddaughter took it on herself to learn all about it and promised to keep it working. Her parents were pleased when they returned.

Loud enough to be heard over full volume TV!
I would highly recommend the SadoTech Model CXR Wireless doorbell chime to anyone. My original wireless doorbell was extremely loud and could be heard not only from inside the house but outside as well. I replaced it with the same brand only to discover it was not loud enough to hear even if you were standing right next to it but it also lasted less than a year before the inside component stopped working. I tried 3 different other brands and none of them were loud enough. I read the reviews from customers on SadoTech and figured I’d give it a try. If it wasn’t loud enough, I figured if nothing else I could place the second remote somewhere else in my house so not only I, but my hearing impaired brother could hear the doorbell. It arrived sooner than expected, was easy to set up and one unit alone is loud enough to hear throughout my whole house. I love the small design that does not take up the entire electrical outlet as well as the lighted button outside. I am anxious to try some of SadoTech’s other products now.

Très facile à installer, mais pas de mode d’emploi en français et il a fallu trouver une vidéo en anglais sur « YouTube » pour comprendre que l’appairage d’un 2° receveur se fait à condition d’avoir l’émetteur à côté le temps de l’appairage, d’où la note minimale pour l’installation alors que cela aurait mérité la note maximale sans problème. Et une seule sonnerie coup de cœur en ce qui me concerne malgré le nombre de sonneries proposées, mais c’est mieux que rien.

Zunächst das Positive zum Produkt: Die Klingel ist optisch sehr schön gestaltet und macht auch haptisch einen guten Eindruck. Bei uns ist sie seit knapp 2 Jahren im Einsatz und hat bis jetzt auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!Nun das Negative: Nach nunmehr 2 Jahren verkantet sich der Klingelknopf immer wieder, was zu lästigem Dauerklingeln führt. Man muss dann ein bisschen am Knopf schieben, damit das aufhört. Unglücklicherweise fängt die Klingel nun auch nachts an ein lästiges Dauerklingeln auszulösen (ohne dass jemand klingelt). Ist jetzt bereits 2x tief in der Nacht passiert und ist mega ärgerlich.Wegen des Dauerklingelns müssen wir das Produkt nun leider entsorgen. Ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her zwar akzeptabel, jedoch wenig nachhaltig. Ich hätte die Klingel gerne länger im Einsatz behalten.Zur Bewertung: Innerhalb der ersten 2 Jahre 5 Sterne, nach 2 Jahren leider nur 1 Stern (macht im Schnitt immerhin 3 Sterne)
