Easy enough, works well
Our front door is up 4 steps and we needed to angle the Ring camera down to see the package zone better. This did the job we needed it to and installation was fairly simple.

$20 for this???
I admit I sorta knew this was just a plastic wedge (actually a package of three identical wedges) but seriously? $20 when they could have tossed one of these in the box the Ring doorbell came in. Easily pennies worth of product here.

Huge Difference!
I ordered a replacement ring doorbell since my old one was starting to go bad (night clarity/circles). I figured I would purchase the wedge kit to bring my camera out past the brick when I install it. What a huge difference!!! As you see from the picture, I stacked the two in opposite directions since I didnât need it tilted. I donât know why Ring doesnât just make one like this. Installation was easy. The instructions donât have words, but the pictures were good enough. Iâll be painting it eventually to match the trim and faceplate.

Doesn’t fit package says for pro ring mine must no be.
my first ring doorbell, got it at best buy with a chime included, have a brick house and button is mounted on door frame so needed to space it out so I could get a better view. My ring is not a pro version so that must be the size difference. I made it work but not ideal if you have non pro version.

This is NOT compatible with the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2l
When I went to look for a wedge kit for my Video Doorbell Pro 2, there was a pop-up on the wedge kit I was looking at that that said that this wedge kit was compatible with the Doorbell Pro 2. It’s not. There are huge gaps between the edges of the doorbell base and the wedge kit. Unfortunately, didn’t realize this until after filling the holes from the doorbell installation and drilling new holes for the wedge kit. Then, of course, I had to reinstall the doorbell.Addendum:Ring followed up and both emailed and called me about my review the same day it was posted. The Ring representative, who was an “Executive Resolution Specialist” with “Ring Wedge Kit . . . expert[ise],” requested that I send a copy of the pop-up which indicated that the wedge kit I ordered was appropriated for my application. I did. Upon its by receipt by Ring, I was informed that my complaint was being submitted to a supervisor/appropriate resolution team. Not having received a response for several weeks, I again emailed Ring only to be informed that the email address was not longer in use. and to call them. I did call only to be advised that there was no record of any correspondence with Ring in my account and that they did not handle matters like this by email. So, in addition to the frustration being caused by the misrepresentation by Amazon/Ring regarding which wedge kit would would with my video doorbell, Ring has now added to that frustration by telling me that they have no record of my issue. When I requested whether I could forward all the email correspondence to them, I was told that I would have to take screen shots and transmit it by phone. Based on my experience, Ring’s reputation for customer service is highly overrated.

Does not fit at all. Look at the original from the manufacturer.Waste of money in my case.

Unbelievable that RING would issue such a deceptive packaging, Package is stated as 18.8 x 14.1 x 3,9 cm, so one woud assume the brackets /wedges are somewhat smallerBelieve it. the wedges are only 10 x 4.5 cm, what a joke.Must fit a bell build last century. The packaging, consisting of a plastic bag is way overdone,No info was given as to which bell this was to fit,Buyers be ware when you buy anything from anyone ensure there is a full description as well as all measurements available,The measurements should be of the article and not the packagingThis was a complete wasteof money and landed in tjhe rubbish bin

I bought 2 kits (2 different order) and get only 1 of the 2 wedges on each kit (it’s supposed to be a 2-piece kit). Amazon tells me to return it but the problem was not resolved.I contacted the Ring support and after a short call with Jess. they ship to me 2 kits for free after my explanation. Thanks for the resolution!
