    There’s really not much to this. I bought it, and Remo+ App connected right away. No hassles, no issues.I used this to replace my hardwired doorbell that ceased functioning unexpectedly.only negative is it doesn’t ‘pivot’ on its own so you need to order an AC USB adapter that angles down or it will stick out from the wall several inches (this might not bother you).

    A must for RemoBell lovers – easy’n quick set up!
    Loved my RemoBell but not the downside of not hearing visitors at the door unless either my wife or I would have our phones on us. And at times we’re away and only the maid or the kids are in this is now solved!I bought two chimes and set them both up in about 5 min! Now we can hear visitors indoors and on the backyard patio. You can pick and choose different sounds and volume and also decide if you want movement alerts to come through the Remo Chime as well.All plugged into the USB adapter that comes with it, wireless and hassle-free!

    Good, but a few more details and it could be Great!
    The chime pairs easily and perfectly with the remo plus doorbell. Setup was a cake walk. I bought 2 of them so we can hear if anyone’s at the door while we’re in the basement. Only 2 complaints. First is the adapter that comes with it. I wish it had a 90 degree angle so it doesn’t stick out straight out of the wall. Had to buy an usb adapter that had a 90 degree slot in it to sit it flush with the wall. Not too much a problem, they’re cheap enough, but still, wish Remo would have thought about that. Second issue is lack of decent chimes or tones. The default one is ok,(my wife says it sounds like entering a 711), but the rest of the built in ones are comedic and dumb sounding at best. If they had an option to add custom tones, it’d be almost perfect. All in all, since it’s a proprietary chime that works with the doorbell, I guess it’s a good buy. Remo just needs to do a little more public testing and research and address the mentioned issues and then like I said in my headline, a good product would be Great!

    Seriously inferior
    Maybe if you have 100% solid internet . . . but this device loses its connection to your Wifi everytime the power hiccups . . . and generally it takes an hour or two of fussing to get it to reconnect. The inferiority of the customer support matches the inferiority of the device. Only works with 2g Wifi. After two years of struggle, we’re sending this to the dump. Bad experience.

    Simple
    Simple to connect but only useful if the remo doorbell is working and it’s not easy to find replacement fuse blows often.Only complaint about doorbell piece is it connects via usb and most outlets with use or adapter have it plug in light an electrical socket which makes it stick really far out. If it had a 90 degree angles plug it would make this better.
