Outdoor kitchen is now Hue
Used this as an accent light under the granite countertop overhang. Had about 2ft of overhang. Did a little bit of a hack for the power supply required for the Hue outdoor lighting. Found a 24V / 100w power supply rated for outdoor and used it instead of the highly overpriced Hue Power supply. Positive and negative were even properly color coded (checked). Hue app found and added it immediately. Working great and a lot brighter than expected.

Beautiful, A Long Term Review
Iâve had the system for three years, specifically four amarant lights and this year adding a fifth. I live in zone 6B and leave these lights outside during the winter and all year round.Iâve had to replace one light out right because it simply stopped working after three years. I have another light going to fail soon because it flickers once it gets above 70%, but it has also suddenly started working at full power again. ::shrug:: Iâd say that the useful life of these are 3-4 years. I recommend buying long-term equipment insurance.I love the ambiance that this creates in my backyard and it is the compliment of many people that visit my house for dinner or for other activities. I love that this doesnât require a hardwire and plugs into a standard socket, this has saved me time with the electrician.

This sets the mood when youâre enjoying an evening out on the patio or deck
I own so many Hugh products, and I really have grown to love them. This is a quality outdoor product that I believe will last for years to come and I really enjoy having the colors casting a mood on the wall.

Not worth the price
It’s a nice touch to the yard but isn’t as effective as I thought for the price point. For this light to work you need the power strip which is another $100 and an extension for 30.

Worth the cash! Adds beautiful lighting options to the garden. I live in North Eastern Canada and this survives the elements including snow and rain. Recommended!

It’s been a while since I wanted to create indirect lighting on our garden shed. I am really happy with the result. In addition, the Philips Hue app is easy to use.

Intensity is good but it is not for a large scene. To lighten a large scene it must be place very far from the scene
