    great camera, easy install, app so far works well
    very well built unit, two cameras to show person and ground for packages. Internal storage to view videos without having to pay extra monthly for video storage. very easy install. I got an email from Philips a day or two after install, welcoming to the family and asking if there were any problems. Haven’t had that from any company so the email was a great surprise from this company. Highly recommend this unit

    Easy Straightforward Installation
    First time installing and using a doorbell video camera and no complaints from this one. Video is clear and door bell chime is nice and loud. I wish it would ring the existing hardwired doorbell chime inside our home but that may be the model chime we have and not the fault of the product. The plug in chime is loud enough we hear it throughout the house so no big deal. I knocked a star for that, and the “package detector” function doesn’t work at all. We’ve had several packages delivered since this was installed and not once received an alart from the app stating a package was detected. As for connection to the internet, never had an issue yet losing connection or being able to view live video although load times can be a bit long.

    Nice to have this upgrade
    Good quality and easy to install for both hardware and software. But need to watch out you need to have wifi connection for setup. My house is remodelled and no wifi until we moved back. Then it was really setup after we back, kind of inconvenience.The auto detection works very well. Get the notification from my phone every time someone close by may be 6 to 9 ft. Video and voice are clear and easy to watch from the phone

    Easy to install and works as intended
    I’ve been using this for a few months now and I have to say the dual camera design is amazing and the sensors have not given me any trouble or false reading on movement like I was expecting. It also was easy to setup it took less than an hour. I also like the apps accessiblity and customization features. Overall I have zero issues with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a door camera. No subscription and relatively cheap for the value it provides.

    Really wanted it to work, and NO SUPPORT
    I have a large home with 3 separate chimes. This doorbell has “wired” and battery operation. The installation requires (and contains a wiring loop) you close the switch on your chimes, I think this disables the chime. Regardless it didn’t have wire loops for 3 chimes, so I tried one and nothing chimed. I then tried for an hour to communicate with customer service to determine if all 3 chimes needed to be close. I found not a single person, despite being forwarded over a dozen times.Aside from the chimes, the unit was easy to install, and seems high quality, it just didn’t work with my chimes and got no help.

    This was super easy to install. The battery life is pretty long. We charged it over a month ago and it’s still over half a battery. The picture is clear with no lagging. No need to subscribe to anything and it saves any events (movement) for you.

    Great quality and accuracy
    There’s a ton I love about this PHILIPS 2K Dual Camera Video Doorbell Wireless/Wired Powered, Security Camera. The picture quality is much better than our previous and even has hdr filter for sunlight, above that you get multiple views of 2 cameras which is a great function. This unit also comes with wireless option boasting a large battery capacity which allows for very convenient installation, now on that part I was pleased with how well packaged this came with wiring and even ethernet cable for direct connect (incl. 2mounts) the instructions are very straightforward and the guide you follow from app is amazingly user friendly. Once installed and signed into Philips app the UI is nice and easy allowing you to setup notifications and other video/chime, along with video calendar, now this is the part I would work on. As of now whenever you view a video it immediately saves to your phone gallery which is mostly fine, and for no sub fees is great, would just like other options. I find myself erasing alot of videos from gallery so my memory doesn’t fill up. Overall very good video doorbell with superior build and video quality. I would definitely recommend!
