    Great ambience light
    This is very innovative product. I have other LED light strings but they are all fixed length. This is easy to set up. There a little connectors that show direction of the flow from one LED to the next. The connection can be made to any of the 6 sides. Lots of possible shape configurations and you can add more sets.The remote control provides basic controls like on/off, brightness, auto mode, mode +/-, and speed. You can also set a basic color or timer. You can use the Magic Lantern app to get even more functions.There are 47 style modes to choose from or just choose a static color from over 16 million different colors.There is a music function, but I did not find it very interesting. You can either choose the internal mic which uses iPhone music or use the external mic which is located on the power cord. I got better results using internal as the music needed to be played loud for the external to work.I like the pastel look to the colors which adds a nice glow to the room. Video attached shows the center of each hexagon brighter than it is actually.You can either display this on a table (or stand on table if configuration allows). You can also attach this to a wall with the double-sided adhesive pads provided.Overall great product.Enjoy!

    Daughter loved it!
    I always like witty lighting fixtures and this one takes unusual to an entirely new level. The layout is completely customizable, so being able to have a particular layout is a very useful feature. My daughter likes to have her computer layout fully blinged out. It give a nice ambience for video calls and zoom meetings. Settings are customizable and can be set to a soft glow or full Skrillex-mode. Connections are a little bit touchy so it may take a few tries to get everything connected and electricity flowing. Once up and running, they really do look great.

    A bit difficult
    These do not hold together very well – clearly designed to be individually mounted, which will have to be done with care and only once you are very sure of the layout you choose!Color patterns follow the directionality of the power. The first image they show for this is literally impossible to reproduce because you cannot flow the power that way.The connections are highly directional – if you mess up even a connector, it won’t light up. I think it would have been better designed with bus-style power that could be reversed and interconnected. Instead, it has a waterfall design for power flow.That said, once you figure it out, they do light up nicely and have a few neat patterns. The range of brightness is excellent, going from quite dim to very bright – 5 stars on that part. App works fine.Mine did NOT come with a power supply – just a USB cord to plug it in somewhere.

    Superior Ambiance
    This is a great product. It is a very cool way to spruce up the gaming area. It is super easy to configure in the design that looks best, then I just found a wall that could use some lighting and stuck it to the wall with the included adhesive pads. Word of warning though, be sure you have touchup paint on hand if you ever want to take it off the wall, the pads will take the paint along with it!Connect to the lights with the smart app, and you can make it do all sorts of tricks! I like to make it react to sound when I am gaming, but you can also have it display colors and patterns in various ways as well.

    Bright, good value hex lights
    These hex lights are great for people on a budget. They are bright, colorful, and work well. These also are remote and APP controlled, and sync to music. You do need to make sure that you read the directions carefully to make sure that you have them in the correct configuration. I feel that the included instructions are thorough and do a good job of illustrating and explaining how to do everything. The only thing I wish was that there were some additional plastic support pieces to help hold the lights together more securely. Other than that, I would definitely recommend these.

    Full-featured with lots of options
    I really like these! Between the remote and the app, there is a lot of control over what light pattern it will display. It can operate to music using a built-in mic, or using the phone’s mic through the app.Instructions are included, and while fairly concise, they do a good job explaining the basic setup and how to operate the lights and get the app installed.
