    Works well with Smart Things
    Simple to add, just scanned the QR code, tipple clicked the button on the outlet and gave it a minute.It will be added as 3 devices, (forget the exact name) but you get outlet, outlet 1 and outlet 2. That lets you control both outlets at the same time, and then each individual outlet.

    Cannot connect to Hubitat
    The switch works manually for both outlets. I am able to put it in pairing mode with the blinking led and also reset it with 2 quick and then a 10s hold. No matter what I do, Hubitat does not find the new device. Returning and going with Zooz which is a bit pricier but has always been reliable for me.

    Poor Z-Wave range.
    Update: Since my original review, I feel the need to update my feedback regarding this product. The seller’s customer service was excellent—they promptly reached out to me and sent a replacement item after the original one seemed defective due to poor Z-Wave range. However, the replacement item performed the same way, which suggests that this issue may be inherent to the product itself.Indoors and within direct line of sight of my SmartThings hub, the plug works perfectly. However, when I move it outdoors, with only a glass door between the hub and the plug, it loses connection. As a result, I have switched to using a Wi-Fi plug, which works reliably in the same location.

    Works well for my overhead patio lights, but hard to wall mount
    I installed a TV on the patio and put an outlet up high. I needed something to automate and control my overhead LED lights. This worked. Once paired, my Hubitat HA had no problems finding it. My only gripe is that this has just one hole for mounting and it is located behind the short cord. Really hard to use, inconvenient and very limited in mounting options.

    Tricky Hubitat setup, but works fine with Alexa
    UPDATE (Sep. 2023):After my initial review, was contacted by a friendly company rep who offered a refund and/or a replacement unit. She also provided a link to a video showing the process to add their device to Alexa – turns out that the Alexa Hubitat skill needs to be disabled & then re-enabled/ linked to the Hubitat account. Have never needed to do this with other z-wave devices, but whatever… it now works! In addition to being able to program both plugs using the Alexa app, I discovered that each outlet can also be manually toggled on/off using the physical button: 1 press for plug #1, 2 presses for plug #2… this is a useful function that wasn’t even mentioned in the user guide!Anyway, adding 2 stars for outstanding New One customer support & Alexa control capability…ORIGINAL REVIEW (Aug. 2023):Needed an outdoor dual outlet that would allow me to: 1) individually control a water pump & lights, 2) integrate with our Hubitat z-wave hub, and 3) operate both devices via the Alexa app &/or various Echo devices in our home. After spending an hour in frustration, I can say that I experienced failure on all 3 counts. While I was partially able to add the outlet to Hubitat & see both outlets in the device list, neither outlet could be added to the dashboard to enable manual control. Alexa was unable to discover either of the outlets which I would say pretty much invalidates the ‘Alexa compatible’ claim in the product description. Two stars for Amazon’s user/friendly return process…

    Had issues initially, but support took care of me
    I picked one of these up to replace the 2 older models I had outside and found that it would not stay connected to my Home Assistant. I decided to return it and the seller reached out to me to help with troubleshooting and determined I had received a faulty device. They quickly sent out a new device and that one has been working perfectly. I really appreciated the quick response and actions from the seller to resolve my issue with this device.Hopefully they can get the information updated in the Zwave libraries as it currently shows as an unknown device in Home Assistant.

    Stopped functioning
    Worked very well for about 9 months but has since completely stopped working. Hub can not see or ping it and not even the manual switch works. It’s just a dead switch now. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the manufacturer. I’d like to try a replacement since it’s been under 1 yr
