I Was impressedThe led strip came with 3M self adhesive worked just fine on the back of tvLED brightness is decent not enough to light the whole room just dimm indirect light very comfortabl to the eyeCame with punch of accessories including L shape connectors for cornersThe only thing that could be considered is straight connectors for for lenghty projectAlso u only need 16’ for a 65” maybe 75” tvsHope this was helpful and not too long 😁

Pretty good LED strips
I have many Meross smart products so the quality and ability to control the lights/use with HomeKit was not in question. You can use their app or Home to control light schedules, color, brightness etc.These installed easily and it comes with a long power cable and some accessories to help mount the control unit and keep it neat. The lights are quite bright and I am using them under cabinets and happy with them. The strips can be cut (at certain spots only) and reconnected or just cut to the lenght you need them.Making a right angle (90 degree) is not really possible with these, you will need to buy 4 pin connectors if you plan on running these strips at that angle. Contrary to other reviews, you do not need to remove any coating to use with a connector – just cut at the designated area and slip both sides into the connector.There is also no true white color setting for the lights, you can play with the colors in the app and get pretty close but it will always end up slightly tinted to a color.The backing adhesive is 3M and works pretty well, I did have a few spots that needed to be re-stuck. I would advise prepping the mounting surface as much as possible (sanding/cleaning) and it should yield good results.Overall, I am happy with these strips and how they integrate into Apple Home and would buy more if I needed them.

Connectivity issues makes this practically worthless
I’ve had these lights for about two weeks and bought them specifically for HomeKit compatibility. However, they can’t be added to both the Home app and the Meross app simultaneously. This is unusual, as I’ve never had this issue with other devices. I prefer having the device accessible in both apps to quickly use Home and Siri for basic controls, while accessing additional features in the Meross app.These lights disconnect from HomeKit nearly every other day. Once disconnected, they won’t reconnect without a full factory reset.The reset process is extremely time-consuming. After each reset attempt, it usually takes 15-20 tries to finally reconnect. This involves unplugging, replugging, holding the power button for 10 seconds, attempting to pair, and then getting a “not available” notification. This cycle has to be repeated over and over.I would NOT recommend these lights unless you’re prepared to spend extra time resetting them almost daily.

Great item. I’ve put this behind my tv.Pairs easily with Alexa using the Meross app.

Se empareja bien con Apple HomeKit. Considero que vale la pena.

Pedí estas luces después de comprobar la calidad de otro modelo de la misma marca, y de verdad sorprendido con la calidad del producto. Lo que nunca esperé fue el control remoto para quienes no desean colocar su funcionalidades a través de la app de Meross en el celular, es una acceso directo a sus funciones.El brillo y calidad de los colores está excelente, un producto que de verdad vale la pena, y sobre todo que el recubrimiento de silicón que cubre los led proporciona un excelente aislante de las inclemencias para su uso incluso en exteriores. Por $ 200.00 pesos mexicanos menos que su modelo similar, sin la protección incluso de exteriores, están excelentes.Por otro lado la configuración de la app es realmente sencilla:1. Se descarga la app directamente desde la tienda de aplicaciones.2. Si se tiene cuenta, iniciar sesión en la misma y si es nuevo, puede registrarse rápidamente sin problemas.3. Se agrega el dispositivo como si fuera una luz más, ya con eso aparecerá el modelo correspondiente en la lista para controlar.4. Hay que conocer las funcionalidades de la app para sacar ventaja.Su conectividad para SMARTTHINGS de Samsung, Alexa o Google Home es precisamente lo que estaba buscando.Excelente compra, y que en comparación con luces de otra marca que ya también he probado, está excelente, especialmente porque la otra marca solo frece 2 metros en el tramo principal, y luego kits de ampliación de 1 metro, pero en el costo que ahora es excesivo. Aquí por el costo, obtener 5 metros, wow, super conveniente. Ahora Meross, es mi segunda marca favorita para continuar creciendo la domótica en la casa.
