    Rather expensive but very elegant looking and functional
    We had our kitchen remodeled recently and I purchased several of these to replace the older beige outlets with gray outlets to match the new gray backsplash tiles and to have USB charging ports for recharging our under cabinet lights easily. These work perfectly and look beautiful coordinating well with the backsplash. Definitely a bit expensive but well worth the money we spent. Recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outlets with USB charging ports. Easy to install in just a few minutes.

    One of the USB ports stopped working after 6 months
    Looks very nice. Useful to have USB, but one of the USB ports stopped working.Spent a lot extra on a brand name, and am very disappointed

    Both USB ports stopped working
    Outlet was installed by a licensed electrician less than two month ago. This morning both USB ports stopped working. Extremely disappointed. Especially considering what this cost.

    Great Product, but Expensive considering it DOES NOT COME WITH WALL PLATE
    It’s a great, high quality product. Direct replacement of the outlet that came with the house, and doesn’t require a ‘common’ connection. But at $70, I expect it to have a wall plate!

    Disappointed
    The two items sent were Black, whereas this was not obvious in the online ad for product, which states ‘Satin colors’and shows WHITE, or Snow White that I wanted. There needs to be more clarity about what the product is.

    Has only three screws
    I wanted to replace an old outlet near my bed so I can use the usb to charge my phone and watch.The old outlet has 5 screws: 2 hot, 2 neutral, and 1 ground.This Lutron has 3 screws: 1 hot, 1 neutral, one ground.Now I have no idea what to do. I guess hire an electrician, or just return it.Dang it! Better pictures would have been nice.
