    Just the ticket!
    I have clients who need switches in places where retrofitting wiring is difficult. This product does the job perfectly. Easy to install. It does require a neutral because it can switch loads other than lights.

    I have these installed throughout my house, and they’re great! I purchased some from Home Depot and one from Amazon, here. Although they’re a splurge from your basic wall switch, the remote makes it worth it for us. We no longer have to get out of bed or up from the couch to dim the lights or turn them on/off.

    Love the convenience
    Though we normally would have installed this switch ourselves, we had an electrician do the install because the wiring in our wall was different than expected.The hub and app were easy to setup and use. We are using this for the overhead lights in an outbuilding. The dusk to dawn scheduling option is so much better than having to adjust a timer whenever the clocks change.

    Effective, and nice looking on wall.
    Added to a front porch coach lamp to be able to control wirelessly. The Lutron system also ties in with the Ring system, so when my ring doorbell detects motion, it turns on the coach lamps without any need for the motion sensors on the lights…which for some reason uniformly fail after a year. I liked how the Caseta switches worked so well, I ordered 6 more to turn all the coach lights around the perimeter when needed. I actually didn’t need the PICO remote that comes with it, but live and learn.

    Awesome solution for two-way switches
    I ordered these as part of our home automation project. We’re slowly replacing the light switches in our house so that we can operate them with Apple Home kit. These sets with a switch and a remote are perfect for two-way light switches. Just install the switch at one location, and cap off the second switch and mount the remote. Set up the remote to control the same light, and you have your two-way switch without all the fuss.This is also a good solution if you want to automate a room that has a switch in an inconvenient location. My home office has two doors, and the switch isn’t located near the door I use most, so I used one of these sets and mounted the remote in a convenient location so that I now have an easily accessible switch when I’m not using my phone to operate the lights.

    Initially I installed this switch and it just worked. However after a month, the product stopped working and wouldn’t pair with the app anymore. I called Caseta’s customer support and they were amazing, they promptly sent me out another unit that hasn’t had any issues. The product itself works reliably and is responsive in my HomeKit home
