Check the device’s power supply and the LED indicator. The flashing red light-The device is ready to connect. Flashing between white and red light Wi-Fi account or password is wrong, please reconnect.
Does nooie 360 cam support the 5G wifi, or only 2.4G wifi?
Nooie 360 Cam only supports the 2.4G wifi. Please check if the WiFi signal is 2.4G before connecting.

Do you need a reason to get mad?Not enough anxiety, depression, or stress in your life?Well let me recommend a Lorex wifi camera!I cant think of another item you can spend hundreds of dollars on, hours setting up, more hours troubleshooting, and be as disappointed in a product as this.After 6 mos with a doorbell camera and 3 mos with a wifi camera, I can without a doubt say that this system has failed me more than my ex, my college diploma and my 2003 Huffy combined.Dont waste your precious life on this sub-par, inadequate and all out failure of a product. I will be taking these to the range to show them how they have made me feel and maybe get a little bit of the rage they caused me out of my system.

Frequent lost Wi-Fi connection after most recent firmware update
It was working well until the recent firmware update with the option to control the duration of the LED light up to 3 minutes and cloud support but lost the Wi-Fi connection every 1-2 weeks that need to press the reset button once to pair the Wi-Fi again. It seemed that there is a bug causing the camera to lost the Wi-Fi password connecting to the router. I don’t recommend this camera until Lorex fix this bug.
