Fantastic Conference Camera for Small and Large Businesses
We got this conference camera for our small huddle room/table which usually accommodates 5-7 people and it works fantastically! Great audio on both ends of the system. The sound quality of the speaker is great and the microphone picks up everyone in the room even when talking quietly. It was easy to setup and works well with our conferencing solution, Microsoft Teams. We also purchased this because its scalability. In the next 5 years, we anticipate moving to a new office and will expect to build a larger conference room. The extended microphone and Logitech SmartDock should allow us to use this system in a larger room when the time comes.Highly recommended for small businesses that are looking for a professional conferencing room solution that is turn-key and reliable.

Best small room camera
The MeetUp is simply great. The wide angle camera captures the whole conference table without too much warping, it has a really premium build quality, an excellent remote, and the sound quality is impressive. I haven’t experienced a beamforming mic array that works so well before, and you also have the option of a mic expansion pod if that wasn’t enough. And the digital zoom is impressively lossless thanks to 4K. If you have a small 5-6 person room, you can’t do better than the MeetUp at that price. I can’t imagine a better device for huddle rooms.I’ve purchased several of these for my company and we use them with the Zoom Rooms solution. For small rooms, this device just makes sense. The wide angle lens allows you to put the conference table close to the TV without cutting off the closest seats from the field of view. Just beware, this isn’t the ideal device for a larger room. If you have seating over 6, you’ll want to get a Group, an AVer, or something else more suitable for a large room.

If you want to zoom the camera in you MUST GET A USB 3.0 CABLE
I deployed a few of these in small conference rooms for use in Zoom Rooms, in part due to their “Zoom Room Certification”.The mic quality is great, expansion mic is great in situations where people might not be facing the Tv/Speakermic when speaking. The speakers are good but could use just a smidge more max volume. Still works fine in smaller rooms. The camera quality looked fine in my initial testing, but shortly after deployment I got complaints about image quality. Zoom support couldn’t help me figure it out (so basically the Zoom Room certification is useless when it comes to support from Zoom) but eventually it turned out the image quality was plummeting whenever any amount of zooming was utilized. After some testing I was able to figure out that you MUST get a separate USB 3.0 cable in order for any amount of zooming to not look like garbage in Zoom.Once you use a USB 3.0 cable that “5x Zoom” advertised for this product is actually decent and usable.Logitech only mentions needing a USB 3.0 cable if you are intending on using 4k video, and Zoom calls typically max out at 720p (or less), so it wasn’t obvious to me that you needed that “4k” functionality for zooming.

Adds Team Room capabilities without expensive Rally Pro Pricetag
Requires a PC, and is not for large rooms! Bought this to add teams room capabilities to a large touch screen in a collaboration room. Had to have a PC on the touch screen anyway, so this added Teams Room capabilities without a huge additional investment. Camera tracking is OK. Video quality is OK (itâs definitely not 4k resolution, and no âbeam formingâ microphones, but for a small to medium sized conference room, itâs a good product for a great price with little setup effort required (mount it and plug it into computer).

Complete Disappointment – Logitech Customer Service not cooperative at all
We have owned this for 16 months and it gets little use in our conference room We use it maybe once every 3 weeks or so.We own a number of the small Logitech cameras in our office attached at each desk and they are okay, but we were seeking a much higher quality solution. We thought we found a great solution (at almost 17x the cost) with this camera. At first it worked great and was very sharp.Recently the focus has been lost and it is fuzzy. This camera has never been moved, dropped etc. Clearly it is a manufacturing defect. Regrettably, Amazon would not facilitate a simple exchange of this expensive product. They told us to contact Logitech directly and Logitech has given us the complete runaround.Logitech has the chance to make good by exchanging this gently used product but we cannot seem to get them on the phone. Terrible customer service from both companies which is surprising to me. Usually Amazon is great and I have never dealt with Logitech other than buying a whole bunch of their smaller cameras as we give them to our clients as gifts. Logitech’s customer service is completely lacking. Both companies have a chance to show they do the right thing and this review will be updated. Please think before you waste your money on this.

Bought this for a new meeting room at work and very happy. Plug and play and works great with Google meet. Make sure you use the included USB c cable or another very good 3.0 cable otherwise video will lag. Speaker could be louder.

Not much in the box, just a few brackets and a mount clip. For sure not worth the price charged.
