    Great camera, simple setup, easy HomeKit integration. I will be buying another camera next week! Yes, I recommend this product.
    The setup, installation and use of this product was super simple and functional. The one caveat is that you do need to have a consistent wifi network connection. I pulled all the of the cameras out of the box, had them plugged in and connected to the Logi Circle app within 2 mins. Then the app notified me the software on both cameras was out of date. It then prompted me to download and update these, ( note you need to be close to the cameras within eye site for the updates to take place). Both Cameras updated within 2 mins and booted back online.Setting up and configuring the app took less than two minutes. Again easy to use and understand. I’ve had no issues with setup or installation. I really do believe many of the poor reviews of this product are people who have unrealistic expectations and or are not overly tech savvy.Connecting to Apple HomeKit. This was so easy and simple, I scanned the code on the info brochure that came inside the camera boxes, then home kit added the accessories as needed. I’ve no problems, it works great in the HomeKit app and I can configure automation like, at night if a motion is detected then turn on the outdoor lights and lock my front door if not locked.Overall this is great.Points to consider:If you have a yard with lots of trees or items or objects that move in the wind when windy, then you are going to get notifications for motion detected when it’s windy. I’ve got palm trees and today it’s windy so I’ve had a few notifications. The software and camera are doing their job in my view. I’ve yet to test.Mounting inside against the window was great. Make sure you choose a height and area that allows a good line of sight for the area you want to view. I had my window camera setup on the window frame initially and it wasn’t great. I’ve now moved it to the top 2/3’s of the window and I get a clear view of the yard.

    Easy to use – great video
    Very easy to setup and use. I have had several different wired and WIFI systems and this one is the easiest to find events thanks to the “Day Brief” feature – which basically generates a compressed summary of all the days events. I use this one to supplement a POE 4K systems to finds events much quicker. The Circle seems to also do smarter people and event detection than my wired 4K system. I did a lot of research on-line and also bought a couple other systems to do a trade study and found the Circle to be a great value.Update – 10 months later. The unit completely died and would not show any signs of life. I checked the 5 VDC at the two mount pins, took off the white cover to better depress the reset button, and tried a different mount/power supply – no help. Emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours. After providing the SN of the unit they shipped a new unit. A little dissatisfied that the unit died but the customer was very good. I was concerned after reading some of the one star reviews but my experience was very good. Now the issue is, do I buy more of these or go with a Ring or Nest. I’m leaning towards more of the Logi-circle as I like the app and the cloud cost is reasonable but concerned about how long they last. I have one in my house and it’s not had any problems so possible it’s a heat issue.

    missing pieces and unresponsive
    I purchased the bundle of two wired cameras and a window mount, this was for a Christmas gift and exactly the configuration that was needed.The bundle is packaged in one box which contains 5 smaller boxes, 2 for the cameras, 2 for the base/mounting hardware and one for the window mount. The product was clearly a return/repackage as one of the internal boxes was damaged and the two camera boxes were not packaged the same (one was orderly the other was not).Quality control must have been missed because one of the camera outer plastic shell rotated relative to the base which offset the “button” on the outside with where the actual switch behind the plastic was, so I could not reset the camera until I slid the plastic around to exactly the right place to line up with the button.Functionally when placed on the target network the camera reported offline the majority of the time, about 75% of the time when I would attempt to interact with the camera it would report offline, about 25% of the time it would work, seemingly random. I purchased a different camera online, meant for this exact same purpose and instead of taking 30+ seconds and usually not working it takes less than 10 seconds and has yet to falsely report offline.Unfortunately it could not be used by the person I purchased it for. They work fine on my home network (aside from the hassle of setting up and needed to reset the cameras (See above), so I plan to still actually use them, minus the window mount which is not needed, HOWEVER the mounting hardware was missing from one of the packages (the one that looked like everything was just tossed in)Specifically the missing piece is a plastic back that should snap into the base. I’ve included a picture of the hardware in each container side by side, one bag has the necessary part, the other doesnt. This purchase has fallen FAR below my expectations of logitech, and I don’t even have the necessary piece of hardware that should have been included to salvage it (and dont see where to get a one anywhere online).Do not purchase unless you are very comfortable with the return process and dont care about the time.

    El producto fue enviado más rápido de lo que pensé. Llegó nuevo, en perfecto estado y se acopló excelente a mi cámara.Ahora, está instalada en una puerta y funciona de maravilla. El aditamento venía con todo lo necesario y trae unas gomas de pegamento de repuesto.     Many of these cameras are similar in that if you want the full features of filtered alerts and video saving beyond 24 hours you need to pay a subscription – as does this product. However for the $, and the name brand this camera didn’t disappoint. Works great. Integration with HomeKit is flawless.

    Kinda small so it almost helps conceal the camera. You need this for Apple HomeKit or something wired. Disappointed that the wired and wireless are different sizes but for the cost difference I would recommend just buying the wireless camera.

    Wirecutter says that the Logitech Circle 2 Wired is the best webcam in the market. And I believe Amazon India is the only place in the country that sells it. Which is a good thing, because I agree with Wirecutter: Logitech Circle 2 Wired is really good indeed. (There is also a Logitech Circle 2 Wireless. Don’t buy that.)The camera is really easy to set up with the help of the Logi Circle phone app, which I use on my iPhone. The video quality is extraordinarily good. (We use the device to keep an eye on our cats when we are out of the house.) There is night vision too, which means you can see clear picture even in complete darkness. The camera uploads video on the Logitech cloud for free so that you can see it from anywhere in the world. (You need good broadband Internet at home for the video upload to work without any problems. Our upload speeds are 1 Mbps; that seems to work.)Why four stars? Two reasons. The camera comes with a US plug; you need to buy US-India adapter separately. And the documentation is only in English, not in Hindi or any regional languages.
