LIFX Clean, A19 1100 lumens, Full Color with Antibacterial HEV, Wi-Fi Smart LED Light Bulb, No Bridge Required, Compatible with Alexa, Hey Google, HomeKit and Siri (2-Pack), 75W

A light so smart we taught it how to clean. Let’s be honest, manual cleaning is a drag. Which is why we made LIFX Clean. By using our app to schedule a Clean Cycle, LIFX Clean can make your daily routine a bit more automatic. Without lifting a finger, wipe out E. coli and S. aureus on your bacteria-ridden phones, controllers, kitchen counters, bathroom sinks and more.
With HEV mode: additional High Energy Visible LEDs will harm bacteria but not your skin or pets, like UV can.
1100 lumens: Ultra bright! But also dimmable via voice or app.
Full color: 550 billion possible color steps. RGBW LEDs for richer colors and huge 1500-9000K white range.
Why Wi-Fi? Control from anywhere. No bridge or hub required. (Use 2.4GHz).
Voice compatible (Alexa, Apple HomeKit / Siri, Hey Google) and simple to set up; screw in, open your preferred app and follow the prompts.

    So far they are perfect
Well nothing is perfect but these are working great. No issues other than setup which took longer than I expected. But I was able to get the color I wanted right and they look great. I bought 2 packs of two for my kitchen. They are brighter than I needed which is great as I can lower them and make them a warmer color. Much better than the old florescence bulbs.

    Amazing light bulb!
Bedtime can be a struggle when you have two little ones that are afraid of the dark. I don’t like them falling asleep with the tv on but I have been making exceptions lately to make bedtime easier, mostly for myself! I would love to read stories in bed to help them relax and unwind, but our night light is too dim and our regular light is way to bright! Now with the Lifx smarter light the kids can pick a relaxing color scheme from my phone so we can read our stories in bed and let the relaxing lights help us fall asleep!Yes you read that right! Download the app and you can control if from your smartphone! I can adjust the brightness of which ever color they choose whenever needed to make the transition from story time to bedtime relaxing and easy! I can even set a timer so I don’t have to worry about turning the light out!.And if that wasn’t cool enough, this light bulb kills bacteria! Yup that’s right! I love this thing! My daughter is asking for one in every room in the house! 😂 I think I agree with her!

    Perfect lighting
These light are over my kitchen counter and provide the perfect light. I can control light via the LIFX app, Alexa, or the LIFX switch I installed across the room. The light can be dimmed individually or as a set use the LIFX app or Alexa.By the time I got these light I knew how to connect them to my WiFi, but the instructions on how to do so are simplistic and confusing. The cleaning feature is nice, but pay attention to the height recommendations. One of the interesting things is that you can reboot the switch by touching the bottom button for a few seconds. This feature became a necessity after a recent firmware update. Firmware updates are accomplished via the LIFX app and are easy to do.I have 21 lights and 4 switches, so yes I recommend them.

Better than the cheap bulbs…as they should be.
The 1100 lumens is a nice brightness bump over the 800 lumens Lifx bulbs. Colors and whites among Lifx bulbs, even across different versions, tend to be pretty consistent. The one color temp where I noticed a big difference between the 1100 lumen Clean bulbs and my 800 lumen color bulbs is at the Ultra Warm (1500K) temp. There is quite a difference between them when set to the same temp, but you can work around this by manual tweaking and saving as a scene.Daily use of these bulbs easy peezy…set them up and have fun with colors, scenes, and such. Four of these light up a 12×20 room with lightish walls quite nicely. I’ve generally been happy with all of my Lifx bulbs and strips. They cost more than most bulbs, but to paraphrase the late Dietrich Mateschitz, if you don’t pay a premium price, how would you know that you’re getting a premium product?

THE best smart lighting BAR NONE
I’m a huge fan of LIFX light products. The regular color ones are slightly superior to the outrageously expensive Phillips Hue ones, while this “Clean” version is a complete home run. I would imagine that the fact that it needs to be able to produce “near ultraviolet” light requires hardware that is a bit more capable. Because I can honestly say these lights reach hues that the “Phillips Hue” ones can only dream of. (Pun intended.). I also do like the Nanoleaf ones. In general areas where I do not need “The Best”, I go with Nanoleaf. Wherever I need something somewhat better, either the regular LIFX or the Phillips Hue, and in those special places where color accuracy and VOLUME are paramount, THESE are the ones to get. Yes, the app can be a tad hard to learn. There’s a learning curve there. But once you “get it”, you’re good.

    Works as advertised. Easy setup
Comes in a two pack and colors are across the board. App makes it easy to adjust and has a few special effects settings. Works well with Aleza once you set it up. Overall very satisfied.

    They stop being smartbulbs
I’ve got several Lifx products. Two LED light strips, and three of the Clean Bulbs like this one. Within a year of installing these they have all become dumb lights. No response through Alexa or Siri, no response through the LIFX app. Resetting them is not only a royal pain, it doesn’t restore function. After much back and forth with LIFX Customer service on the first bulb to stop working, they replaced the bulb. When everything else stopped I just decided to not go with LIFX anymore. Extremely dissapointed.

LIFX have the best smart bulbs BAR NONE. Color saturation is next level.
LIFX bulbs are the best, but only the new ones that work with HomeKit. The App is very well set up and works seamlessly if you have the newer bulbs. If the bulbs are HomeKit able, then you shouldn’t have any issues at all. The sheer amount of lighting you can do with these bulbs is highly impressive. Very receptive company as well.
