    For some reason, the local brick-and mortar hardware stores only sell the cheap 2-gang decora faceplates that are made of cheap brittle plastic, crack and shatter and have loose screws which fall out easily during installation. To avoid that, you need to get the 2-gang decora faceplate that’s made of nylon. And, for me that was only available on amazon.It looks good, was easy to install and is almost indestructible. It will warp a little if your wall box isn’t flush with the rest of the wall. But it won’t be ruined by cracking. So you can simply back off the screws if there are any visual signs of the plastic flexing.I bought this one for the bathroom vanity unit to frame a GFCI outlet and decora switch with motion sensor and timer.I really like it and recommend it.

    Local stores don’t always carry colored wall outlets. These were easy to find and order. Installation was quick. At first they didn’t seem as sturdy as the standard ones but once up they are fine. Would order again!
