Customers say
Customers find the light bulb easy to set up and use. They find it bright and fun to control with their phones. Many are happy with the quality. However, some customers have reported issues with connectivity, such as constant loss of connections. There are mixed opinions on functionality, value for money, Alexa ability, and color accuracy.

Works wonderfully and easy setup
These work perfectly and setup was a breeze. I have these installed with a bedroom spotlight setup with four lamps on an existing dimmer switch. Be forewarned that these will not work on a dimmer switch, they will flicker uncontrollably. But a quick trip to the hardware store for a .75 cent switch and a 10 minute swap out for even an electrical novice is all that is needed. They are very bright, much brighter than the halogens that I had installed previously, with the bonus of easily being able to dim and control color temperature using Alexa (the photo I included have the lights at 10%, about as bright as the inefficient halogens I had). Highly recommend, particularly if you have a home setup that does not allow for a smart switch (and even if you do, the cost of 4 of these is comparable to one smart switch, so the better option in my opinion unless you have a whole load of bulbs in hard to reach areas).

Pleasantly surprised!
One of the only smart GU10 bulbs I could find in stock. Iâm delighted with their light output and reliability. I initially thought they were RGB, but they are just tunable white. That suits me just fine. I was weary of being a random Chinese brand, but they work well, including the app.Iâm really surprised that they are maintaining WiFi connectivity even with 2.4GHz being a nightmare and my other devices drop off occasionally. My bulbs are fully enclosed in a metal enclosure too!I use the automation to turn on at sunset and off at sunrise. I also have them turn on for rain and snow weather events in the app. So far itâs always triggered reliably when I check the logs in the app.

Colors do not match Hue lights
The bulbs work well, are as bright as I would expect (not as bright as standard bulbs but make up for it with the color temp adjustability), and are easy to pair and set up with Google Home. If these will be your only smart bulbs, then these should be fine.If you run other smart bulbs from other brands, though, definitely be aware that the color temp does not match up exactly when you use the same Google Home color settings across the two brands of bulbs. I run Hue bulbs everywhere else in my house but these ones are like one shade warmer. Unfortunately for me itâs a dealbreaker as I had intended to run these in the same room with many Hue Play bars. They are capable of running cooler if you use the LE app, but there is no way I am going to go to that app to adjust the temp every time, and as far as I can tell with about half an hour of research there is no way to calibrate the colors in either the LE app or the Google Home app.I will be returning to try other brands of smart bulbs for GU10 sockets. Itâs rough that the Hue GU10 bulbs are $50 EACH and are right now completely sold out anyways.

Easy to install and set up with home assistant
These bulbs were easy to install and set up with my Alexa assistant. For energy Cost : one Bulb on the track lighting We keep on all the time for ambient light and also to see at night The Energy App states with an Average on time of 20 hours will run ,me $10.40 a year to run. The other lights on the track with an average on time of 2 hours per day will run me 0.80 cents per year ( per bulb) I have 5 bulbs so the total cost for the 4 that are only on for 2 hours a day will run me $3.20 a year. So that Plus the 5th bulb that stays on 20 hours gives me a grand total for the year for these 5 Bulbs of $13.60. Hope this helps anyone that may be wondering. Your cost may differ based on your electric company’s price per kwh, I believe mine is $0.227 per kwh.

I love these* Read on
Smart bulbs are not something for everybody, they not complicated but they require a lot of steps to get them to work1st you need to make sure your wifi is DUAL BAND or 2.42nd you need to open Alexa and teach her the bulb(brand) skill3rd need to reset bulb (just on and off twice-should only flash ONCE)4th on and off 5 times(one second interval) and leave it alone for 3 seconds(Should start flashing quickly)This is when the bulb is ready to pair with your wifi and you can only do this from the bulb app(is printed right on the box)5th you probably pairing multiple bulbs so to make this work YOU CAN ONLY PAIR ONE AT THE TIME- So screw bulb in and out– DON’T use the switch cause you will reset the 1st one u already did.6th once bulb is paired it will stop flashing and that’s when you can name the bulb with whatever you gonna call it with Alexa.*if you change your password name or password you will have to do this ALL OVER AGAIN.FEEL free to ask any questions at scorpionguy23 to Geemail. The are very bright !!!Hope this help,I know how frustrating can this get but patience is KEY!

Can’t get bulbs to work at the same time.
I’m having a weird issue with these. I installed 4 in one light fixture. I was able to get 3/4 to pair just fine. Since the last one didn’t connect I tried uninstalling the 3 working ones and just set up the one left behind. I was able to get it to work, reconnected the other three, and now a different bulb didn’t work. It showed up as “offline” in the app, regardless of how long I waited. I repeated this cycle several times with different combinations of bulbs. For some reason I can get all 4 bulbs to appear in my app, but one is always “offline”. Theres no one single bulb that is broken, they just don’t all work at the same time. I’ll be returning these, since there is no point in having smart bulbs if I can control three but need to use the switch for the last one. Unfortunate, because these had by far the best value for their price.

Quite Nice, Just Not too Bright!
Pros: LampUX app made setup quick and easy. The app quickly detected the bulbs and linked them to the network. Alexa skill gave Alexa full control. Color temp could be adjusted seamlessly from warm white to cool white using either the LampUX app or Alexa voice control which is really great.Cons: Just not really very bright. Certainly not equivalent to either a 50w halogen or to a 5w LED GU10 halogen replacement bulb. Unfortunately I need them as reading lights and they did not fill the bill. Two weren’t enough; four might have done it but have a 3 light fixture. Reluctantly had to return them.
