    Bit expensive 🫰yet fully worthy
I used buy only Kasa Smart plugs since my first Kasa plug their app was a necessity. There onwards I kept buying like Forty odd 🔌 smart plugs. I was never happy with it due to their limitations in Third Party application support. Finally even it is a bit expensive side I bought the first Four Innr Smart plugs. The quality of the Innr plugs are lovely. And the built quality of the plugs are great , doesn’t feel cheap and low quality. And they work like a charmer. My issue with Kasa Third-party applications now has been solved. I connected Innr plugs into Philips Hue Hub – thereafter through Harmony Elite Hub got the Innr plugs show up via Philips Hue.Amazing product as extremely easy to set them up and most of all it supports many Thirds Party applications.I love these Innr Smart Plugs. I don’t think I will have to look into another name brand for Smart-plugs. Bit expensive, but boy you get your money’s worth. I am very pleased with the Innr Smart Plugs and very highly recommend Innr Smart Plugs.Cheers.

    A good product
These smart plugs are handy and versatile. We use them with Home Assistant. They work well for the most part, with a couple of minor issues: – they sometimes *won’t* switch on or off using the manual button on the side of the plug. When this happens, they can still be switched using the app. – they sometimes switch off and back on for no reason. It doesn’t happen a lot and I’m not sure what triggers it.Overall, they are super-easy to set up and use. We’re really happy with them.

    Using with SmartThings
Bought these to run outside with two flood lights on a schedule. Works well, and the connection is good with both even though they are on opposite sides of the house. I keep them in weatherproof cases. I have since brought them indoors temporarily for Christmas until I buy more. I have them on two trees, and have them automated to come on and off on schedule. Alexa integration works well when I want to cycle them outside of the schedule, as does the ST app. I set up each device individually and with groups with no issues. Pairing was easy with the ST app.I have both Hue and ST. I only use Hue devices on the Hue hub and everything else on the ST hub. One reason is I am no longer buying Hue devices due to cost compared with other options. The other is ST does more. I’m not getting rid of Hue, just not expanding it unless their pricing becomes more competitive. Why 4 stars? The Innr website is not up to date. It says products are coming to the US. Well, they are already here. I went looking for information on security as there is nothing on the box, or in the insert. On the website is a vague reference to Zigbee 3.0 for the hub. The ST app told me the plug didn’t have the highest level of security during pairing, but it wasn’t specific on what that was. So, I’m annoyed with Innr for not providing full disclosure of their security, and I’m annoyed with ST for not specifying why it says the plug doesn’t have the highest level of security. Yes, I can contact them both, and will before I purchase more. However, it is a serious failure on both of their parts for making me reach out to them over something this simple and important.

    Home Assistant Magic!
These worked immediately with both my Hue hub and connected via zigbee in Home Assistant. They only show up as a light that you can turn on and off in Hue (which is fine), but the magic really happens when added as a device in Home Assistant if you have a zigbee antenna.Home Assistant will show and track all the other sensors for the following:- Current- Voltage- Power- Summation deliveredNow I want to put these things on everything!

SP 234 wouldn’t keep pairings and would randomly just power off completely (2x)
First couple of days, it was fine, then I started having issues with them dropping off the zigbee network and I’d have to re-pair them, which would take half a dozen tries. I usually did a full factory reset on the device and it still refused to show up in the pairing list. Then, seemingly at random, it would magically start working again. My Hubitat hub is line of sight, within 10-15 feet with 1 other SP 234 and a different zigbee outlet (that was a late addition) on the zigbee mesh. All within that range. I tried changing channels on the hub as well, which didn’t change anything.I started off with an older C4 Hubitat hub and then upgraded to the C7 (or whatever the model is as of this review date) and it didn’t seem to change anything. The use case I have really precludes me from giving these another chance – it affects my job. Given the proximity and a fairly tame RF environment, this should not have been a problem. The hub I have at home with different zigbee products doesn’t have this problem and that network is a chaotic mess and has no issues like this. I do have 1 of the non power monitoring versions come to think of it, and that one does actually go on the fritz and refuses to refresh/update it’s on/off state even though I can still send it an on/off command and visually see it changing to on/off.No idea what the deal is but I’m done beating my head against it. If it was 1 outlet, I could chalk it up to a defective unit, but 3 misbehaving from the same brand… I’m moving on. They’re on the cheap side for being 15A outlets so I guess you get what you pay for.

  7. Pushinit

    Simple to set up
I needed a couple of switches for lamps and when I saw I could get two of these Innr ones for the price of one Hue branded one, it was a no brainer. I was shocked when I opened the box to find that one of the switches was marked as Phillips. In all respects it looked like a Hue one. The other switch physically was identical, but had Innr labeling. Both were found quickly by the Hue device and they both came to life as they should have. It appears that Innr makes these for Phillips but my box got them mixed up. No complaints at all.

Works like the official hue plugs
Good value works like the regular hue plugs. Also, use them in harmony remote setup to turn on and off lights and other devices.

Es fácil de instalar y configurar, alexa lo detecta de inmediato, y su velocidad de respuesta es rápida, mucho mejor los enchufes con tecnología zigbee que los enchufes con tecnología wifi, y es marca reconocida,
