    I purchased the iMah 19.6FT Power Charging Cable for Google Nest Cam in November 2023. The charger stopped working over a year later in July 2024. I sent iMah a note about the failure and they responded within 4 hours and sent me not one but two replacement units at no cost! Great support!

    24/7 recording
    Bought this because I wanted to run a power cable from inside the garage to the camera mounted at the corner of the garage door. Needed a 15ft cable and also wanted one piece construction, I didn’t want a usb brick and separate USB cable. Some of the chargers out there don’t output enough power. As you can see it the camera detects it as plugged in so it can record 24/7.

    Doesn’t provide enough power
    Since I hooked up this cord yesterday, I’ve gotten about four push messages on my phone from Google Home saying the adapter isn’t providing enough power. I also get the attached message in the Home app while viewing the camera. The camera is actually losing power while plugged in.

    Shows Nest cam plugged in
    I wanted to keep my Nest outdoor cam plugged in.. After looking through all the reviews I saw that they charged but the plugged in- infinity symbol did not show due to insufficient voltage. This one Works and shows the plugged in infinity symbol. This allows me to keep the camera on all the time and fully charged. I will see what the longevity is but for now this is an exact replacement at more than half the price.
