Great product!
I bought these for controlling a few different devices throughout my apartment. Note that these plugs are wireless only and do not have a Bluetooth connection for control and the wifi connection has to be 2.4Ghz and will not work on a 5g network! Download the HBN APP and install it on your phone. Call your isp and have them walk you through the initial set up on your phone and once you do that they can be configured to a schedule for automatically turning on or off. After your isp enables the 2.4 ghz you have an hour to set them up and then going forward they just exist on your network and function as your HBN app is scheduled for! Very convenient and easy to control control lights and other devices! I hope this helps others!!

Works great, easy to setup, configure and affordable
I used this product for Christmas tree lights. You have to download and set it up with their app. It did take some time to configure a connection with the app because of the different light signals. After eventually connecting it with the app it was easy to set up a schedule to turn Christmas lights on and off. It also worked great with adding it to Google Home app so I can add it to a Routine.

Terrible instructions and set up
This dual plug has terrible instructions and setup. I’ve used many bluetooth and Alexa products. This one is so bad I had to return it. Every step along the way, which is many, to get it automated with Alexa was not straight forward, was confusing, did not work, or otherwise caused problems.The instructions are tiny lettering and non intuitive. I could not find the starting point. There is a link for online PDF instructions. The link goes to their home page and no further. No help.I found the app and installed it. The setup showed about a dozen different plugs. No model numbers on mine of the dozen in the app. None of the ones in the app looked like my dual plug – they were all single plugs. I tried the auto setup but the device did not appear.Eventually, I found tiny page numbers on the instructions and each “page” is only a half page so 1-9 goes along the top half and 10-18 along the bottom half. Then another 18 mini pages on the backside. If you just try to read the instructions you go from step 1 to step 10 to step 2 to step 11. Very confusing.I skipped the NOTE to hold on/off for 5 sec for factory reset since it was a new product. Next step – status based on blinking lights – didn’t help because there were no blinking lights. Back to factory reset. But holding down the button did nothing. I tried the second button, that did the trick. Now there’s a blue flashing light.Back to the app. The device showed up in auto setup. I had to enter my wifi password for the app, then again for the device. Setup timed out. I had to enter the wifi password again to retry. Timed out again. You get the picture. Eventually I copied that password so I could paste it in each time. I took several tries before the setup actually worked.Now for Alexa setup. There is a link in the app to setup Alexa. I tried it. It took me to a page that said “if you’re seeing this you need to update your app.” I went to the app store. Looks like I have the latest version that’s 1 year old – no updates available.I realized that HBN were amatuers and decided to return the product at this point. I’m trying the Govee product, and they’re worked for me in the past.

Easy setup and work as avertised
I tried a device that was twice the cost and did what I needed, but it’s setup as too complicated. This device did all I needed at less than half the cost and a lot easier to setup. My only dislike was getting it into pairing mode was a bit touch and go, but pass that, I was great.

I have bought several different types of smart plugs, these were easy to set up and work well. Very happy with this product, will purchase more.

Yo adquirí el producto y la caja vino rota de los extremos y bueno creo que lo manipularon mucho durante el trayecto,no le tome mucha importancia,lo que si les puedo decir es que el instructivo no es realmente como lo describe, aparte de que todo está en inglés,no son los pasos que te dice para instalar, primero el instructivo te dice que bajes la aplicación de HBN smart ,ya que quieres vincular el dispositivo no lo encuentra, y después te abre otra página para que descargues smart life y se vincule con Alexa,lo realizas y tampoco la app de Smart Life lo reconoce, pésimo producto,tengan cuidado cuándo lo adquieran,yo estoy esperando mi reembolso
