Why can’t connect the light strip? /Can’t search for lights on my APP?

Please check the following reasons:

1. Confirm that the light is connected to the power source(is there any loose connection part?);2. Download the “Magic Home pro” APP;3. Check your network. This controller supports 2.4G,not supports 5G.4. Check whether the pin sequence of the light strip is consistent with the controller;5. Whether your WiFi is connected to more than 15 devices,it may cause weak WiFi signal;6. If still not works after completing the above steps, please reset the controllerReset: plug and unplug connector repeatly for 4 times, wait for 1-3 seconds each time you plug /unplug the connector. (After the reset is successful,the light will strobe)REMARK: Long press W key for 2 seconds will switch on White LED ( Please install it after connect near WiFi! )

Long press the light name, you can see the 3 choices: Add to Group/ Rename/ Change device type

*Please click:Change device type

Now get into the ‘Setting of Wiring and Sorting’, the strip type is displayed as: RGB/W, RGB&W, Choose as needed

*RGB/W: RGB and W only display one of them on APP(RGB and W can be controlled separately)

    Unfortunately, the connectors on the strips do not allow for connecting to standard extension cords. Returned due to this issue.

    easy install and set up, natural light is a pleasing color
    First and most important, the white button toggles through daylight, and natural light. The natural light is a pleasing color, not too yellow, and not too white or blue.The install is smooth, and the strips seem to adhere well. Everything connected together securely, and so far I am experiencing no issues. My lights all lit up right out of the box, and the remote worked perfectly through all the functions. The power inverter, and batteries were included, and everything worked as expected.

    Exactly what Electrian recommended
    Application, undermount and bacount for a small bar area to showcase natural slabs of onyx. It was mounted on top of plumbers metal tape 3” apart. However, once lit, it showed a snake like pattern. Therefore, had to order another strip to intertwine in between to lessen the shadows. Let’s hope that resolves the problem.
