works great, but dimming LED is questionable
Overall, the switch was easy to install and works as advertised. Only complaint is that it doesn’t dim LED lights very much. seems to be pretty common with smart switches and LED lights.

JUNK!!! Going straight to the garbage.
Ordered 3 of these. Spent 8 months trying to get them to connect but they just do not connect and I have officially given up. All my other brand smart switches connect with no issues. I am an electrical engineer and am very familiar with wiring and setting up electronics, just to give you an idea of my perspective. These are very low quality, instructions are vague and clearly not written by a native English speaker, the app is outdated and crashes. I’ve reached out to customer support through gosund but have not gotten any help resolving this matter. So I’ve had to use them as regular switches. At first the dimmer was responsive but now it is barely recognizes my finger sliding and it frustrates me to no end trying to manually adjust the brightness and not being able to by the smart feature OR by the manual feature on the $70 light switches I bought. This is a waste of money, there are much better options available. I don’t think the reviews on this item are genuine, unless somehow all 3 of the ones I purchased are defective which I find highly unlikely but if so, that’s even more reason to NOT buy these. Unfortunately I have to throw these away because a family emergency prevented me from installing these before the return window was closed.

Works pretty well
Easy to use. Modern looking and very functional. I can use it with my previous home control app. I also use it with Alexa. Great for controlling two lights from the same place.

Es el único producto que encontré que es Smart y contiene 2 dimmers en formato “1 Gang”. Desde la app y Alexa funciona perfecto, la sensibilidad al hacerlo con la mano es entre regular y mala, por eso 4 estrellas.Conecté el dimmer a la app SmartLife y así me evité una app más en el ecosistema de mi casa / celular. Compatible con Home Assistant.INDISPENSABLE usar focos certificados para Dimmer. En un circuito tengo focos CFL y en el otro LEDs no dimmeables y parpadean, así que en lo que compro los focos adecuados (ya hice pruebas con focos certificados y funciona perfecto), mantendré el dimmer a 100%
